Investors Must be Careful.
Synergists LTD (reviewed here) just published an update describing an extortion attempt by an HYIP monitor. Apparently, this unnamed monitor listed Synergists LTD as a SCAM program and demanded money from them if they wanted the scam designation removed. Thankfully, the folks at Synergists LTD didn’t give in to this crooked scheme. A short while ago, the Synergists LTD admin contacted us asking for help with this situation. Again, we are happy that they didn’t give in to this extortion attempt.
For the investor, the lesson in this might be that, if only one (unscrupulous or dishonest) monitor lists a program as a scam, it might not be a truthful listing. It would be wise to check a number of monitors to see if there is agreement. This might also be a way to find out if a monitor is involved with these crooked schemes.
The fact that this situation exists is somewhat depressing. We feel that a monitor should do its best to help BOTH the program and the investor. As far as we at EmilyNews are concerned, we try to achieve this objective by providing honest information. If we feel a program is a risky venture, we will say so. If we feel that it has a good chance for long term survival, we will also say so. As the saying goes, we tell it like it is and “let the chips fall where they may.” We feel that this is the type of information that investors would like to receive from a monitor. This also implies that, if an admin wants a good review from us, his program should be an attractive one.

It was brought to our attention that there is a certain monitor that tagged us as SCAM and NOT PAYING. We checked the monitor and reached out with the administrator only to find out that the status of our site will be changed once we pay them a certain amount.
As much as we want to keep our records clean and free of bad news, we could not allow this kind of harassment. Paying them would only entice more atrocious individuals and would greatly affect the health of our program.

Our program is unique and our site is secured. They could only spread fake news about us to bring us down.
We humbly ask your help and continuous support for our program. This program is made in good faith and will be here for a long time and it would never be possible without you guys.
