Tophats (reviewed here) just published an update on their blog summarizing efforts they have made to improve communications both between the company and investors as well as between investors themselves. They have added WhatsApp (a feature that I am not familiar with!) and Facebook is on the way. The bottom line is that Tophats seems to be serious about all this and that, in turn, would appear to be a nice clue that the company intends to be around for a while — ideally for a long time to come. These clues, of course, are what the investor is looking for.
Here’s the update from Tophats…
New channels of communication!
Communication is a very important part of our work. It is very important for us to know and understand the essence of all your problems, to have constant feedback and analyze any situation in which you may find yourself when you take part in the company’s investment program. It is also worth noting that feedback is very important to you, our dear clients. We just have to be online around the clock, answer all your questions and respond promptly to any problems you encounter. Finally, our investors need space to communicate with each other — perhaps one of you wants to ask advice from more experienced investor or, on the contrary, advise something, and also share the results of your personal cooperation with Tophats Farms company. All this is vital at certain times, that is why we are trying to pay maximum attention to communication issues.
Since many of our investors have asked to add more comfortable communication channels for them, we were happy to go to greet course! Now WhatsApp account of company’s website is available for communication with customer support, as well as a free communication service within the Group (note that the group is moderated — avoid flooding and obscene remarks about interlocutors).
