Main duties: Make online webinars with existing auditory and attract new customers. Highlight platform news, updates and future plans, investment strategy guide, gathering information about platform and highlight it for the existed auditory and newcomers (Customer Questions, User guidelines, Assistance)
Skills and requirements:
1) 3+ years of work experience in webinar creating
2) Experience in digital advertising and knowledge of marketplace dynamics
3) Good communicator & team-worker. Comfortable navigating global organization structures & aligning objectives with teams. Thriving in a work environment with diverse cultures.
Languages: English: fluent
Recommended: French, German, Chinese
Call center customer support agent
Main duties:
1) Provide customer support according to the provided guidelines
2) Solve customer problems
3) Gather information and redirect technical issues to the technical support
4) Guide customers to operate with the web-platform and mobile applications (Android, iOS)
5) Guide customers how to use Shuttle Marketplace (The SAAS web-application, which allows customers to list and rent their own vehicles and earn passive income on car rental)
Skills and requirements: At least 21 years old, Discipline, Sociability, Stress resistance
Work mode: Remote/Office, 3 schedule options
