Yestrerday Arbill (reviewed here) informed its participants and potential investors of some issues connected to PerfectMoney payment service. Well, we cannot know all the details but i wonder why more and more investment programs get some troubles using PM. As a result, some of them move their accounts and funds into USDT (tron blockchain) as the most known, so far, example..
Along with this announcement Arbill sended a private email with the same information and said that Arbill 2.0 is going to be launched and continued because all investors, with no exception, were paid everything they should have received. Okey, let’s see what happens next in this story..

We regret to announce the suspension of Arbill’s investment activities.
We had some issues with the Perfect Money payment gateway, one of Arbill’s main payment gateways. The inability to pay has dramatically affected our investment activities to pay interest to you. We will do what is necessary to fix this issue and notify all our investors.
