I have before me a very attractive Ethtrade report entitled Build You Future with Ethereum. On one of the first few pages it states that Ethtrade “was founded in August 2015 by Eric Bondi and Michael Frendowski.” On the following page there are mug shots of the Ethtrade “team.” There is one of Bondi, but his title is given as “Official media representative of CEO.” Strangely, there is a mug shot of Frendowski with the title of “Head of trading department.” This is a fitting title for a cofounder.

Questions:
- If he is a cofounder, why is Bondi only a media rep? One might expect him to be the CEO!
- If Bondi isn’t the CEO, who is?
- Why is there no mug shot of the CEO?
- Why is a media rep listed as a key member of the Ethtrade team? A media rep is NOT a key decision maker in corporate structure.

I also have before me a Youtube video released on August 19, 2016. It is called Ethtrade “Monthly Briefing.” It is narrated by the “Official media representative of CEO Eric Bondi.” The speaker says that he is talking “on behalf of the founder of Ethtrade, Eric Bondi.” The speaker’s name is not given. The speaker’s face is IDENTICAL to the mug shot of Bondi given in the previous report. Here is a link to the video:

- The report also lists Bondi as a media rep and gives his photo
- The video says that Bondi is a cofounder
- The name of the video narrator is not given
- The face of the video narrator is identical to the mug shot of Bondi in the first report

I also have before me another Ethtrade report, the Annual financial report — – January – December 2016, written by Eric Bondi. This is quite a technical report giving daily details of their trading of Ethereum with other cryptocurrencies.
Comments:
- If Bondi is a founder of Ethtrade, he might indeed be qualified to write the report.
- If Bondi is a media rep, he would not be qualified.
- Who is Eric Bondi?

Finally, I am looking at a website called “Fiverr.” Among other things, they are a source of actors and actresses for companies needing someone to do a promotion, advertisement, etc. One of these actors is a gentleman named Valentinas, from Lithuania. On the following link he gives a brief demonstration of his speaking abilities or you can just watch the video here:
Amazingly, he is the SAME person that narrated the Ethtrade “Monthly Briefing” video.
Now we really have some questions:
- Does Ethtrade hire actors to do their monthly briefings?
- Does Ethtrade really have a media rep?
- Why would Ethtrade feature the photo of an ACTOR as a member of its management team? Are the other members of the team actors?
- What does the CEO of Ethtrade really look like?
- Who is Eric Bondi?
If you’re not confused yet, I guess you will never be. I certainly am!

Well, it didn’t take too much digging to find out that Ethtrade has a rather mysterious leadership. I suspect that there are other mysteries associated with Ethtrade.
