This program stopped PAYING! Do not invest there!

Today we are very fortunate to have interview comments from the Admin of SimbWealth. Readers of Emily News will recall that we did a review of SimbWealth a week or two ago. You can read the review here. We also published a News Commentary shortly thereafter that clarified some misunderstandings we had of the SimbWealth investment plans. You can read the News Commentary here. But, to summarize the review just a bit, SimbWealth offers four investment plans. Two of them pay interest earnings on a daily basis and two pay it monthly. All of the plans are long term compared to the typical HYIP, the last two running for a full year. To the credit of the folks at SimbWealth, the interest rates paid in all plans are modest. This is something that could contribute significantly to the sustainability of the program. So, the SimbWealth program is somewhat unique in that it appears to be set up to work for the long term. When you read the interview that follows, I think that you will agree that this is what the Admin, a retired banker, has in mind. Again, please refer to the two articles I noted above for much greater details about the SimbWealth program.

Hello Admin. Can you please introduce yourself to the readers of Emily News and perhaps tell us a little about your background?
First of all, I would like to welcome all EN readers and followers. I am Robert. The head of the operation department. It means I run the company. As a background, I am 42 years old and retired from one of the biggest banks in Europe. I would like not to share name of the bank. After graduating university, I started the work till get retired. After working long years, I have decided to do what I like most as a job, managing the wealth and here we are. Corporated SIMB Wealth Management Ltd.

What is your role in SimbWealth? Can you tell us how many other professional staff members are involved with the project and what their roles are?
We have dedicated merchants who are really professionals in their line of business. I specialized in Hi-tech industries and Leasing sectors, other 2 members are specialized with real estate. Chartering department is another long story. We have special agreement with third companies which they are mostly well known in their line of business. Also there is one more member working in IT department. He is mostly doing security checks, updating system, etc.

In our review of the SimbWealth investment program, we indicated that we liked the idea of the relatively conservative interest rates that your investment plans provide. We think this will help make SimbWealth a good long term investment for our readers. Is there anything else you would like to add about the logic behind your investment plans? Perhaps you would like to comment on why you chose the interest rates you are using.
Interest rates are more fair then our competitors. The logic behind the idea is the company would like to do good business for a long time. Truly, our interest rates are more like a regular bank interest rates plus governmental taxes. We would like to keep them for a long time. We cut most of our shares, and added to interest rates to be more reasonable than conservative banks. We are here for success. The logic behind the SIMB is creating real cash flow to help people live their lives without poverty.

Related to this, have you taken any special measures to insure that your program will be among the very few that survive for a long long time?
I would like to believe that SIMB will be the longest in the HYIP sector. We are eager to keep it on the track. As I told you before, creating cash flow is the point. People do not know the meaning of currency. The term of “MONEY” dead in 20th century. Nowadays, money is nothing more than a bunch of numbers on the bank account and it is called currency now. It comes from current. There must be a flow all the time. If, as a company, we make the correct choice when investing, there should be no any problem. Hi-tech industries cover pretty much everything for a long time where the profit comes from mostly.

Many people that join a HYIP do so because they plan to recruit more members and earn referral commissions. Do you have any plans to pay aggressive recruiters higher referral commissions, perhaps by means of a “representative” program like what is common among many other HYIPs?
When we deeply search the entire HYIP, MLM and other system out there, affiliating system comes up all the time. It is the cheapest way to make promotion all over the world. Our referral system is paying up to 17% and it is more than a fair to promote our company. However, when the company grows, we can re-consider country representative programs that pay more than 17%. We are just at the beginning of our story.

At the time we made the review of the program, there was no assistance by means of the live chat. Do you have any plans for live chat support in the near future?
I can say there will be definitely live chat and more convenient support ticket system in the near future for our customers. We would like use common third party supports such as OSTicket and Zendesk. Anyway, it will come with additional costs to our company of course but it is one of the necessary steps to growth. When we give our customers instant replies regarding to problem, we gain more trust.

When we reviewed the SimbWealth program, we were confused as to when interest earnings can be withdrawn from the Real Estate and Chartering investment plans. Can they be withdrawn monthly or does the investor have to wait for the plan to end — 365 days later?
These two plans, Real estates and Chartering, are not for a regular people who wants earn money. These plans designed for big investors who are not afraid of the lose and take a risk during the process. These two plans periods 365 days. Investors take their earnings as monthly cashouts. For the confusion we make, we would not think as you did. As an investor you deposit your money and cashout monthly basis. It means 12 payments during whole period everything includes. When you receive first payment. You can make a withdraw request and it will be processed within 24 hours.
Basicly, in our company,
– All payments are principal included.
– Daily or Monthly cashout regarding to plans.
– When you make cashout request, processed within 24 hours no matter it is weekend or weekdays.

Can you explain how you handle withdrawal requests? Are they handled manually or automatically? How long does it take to process a request? Do you process withdrawal requests on weekends? Do you anticipate situations where there might be long delays in processing withdrawal requests?
Our system is fully automated. We prefer to make the withdraw request manually due to security reasons. To deposit your investments, it is fully automated instant three click system. To cashouts generally takes less than an hour due to manual handling. However, when the company grows, we will put additional security checks for our investors to make the system fully automated.
Our company is only working during weekdays. When the customers make withdraw request on weekends, it will be approved within 24 hours. This is written in our terms & conditions agreement which makes us liable for the process. So, it means there will not be any long delays due to manual transactions.

Can you tell us about security measures you have taken to protect your website from hackers and other threats?
We are trying our best to protect investors. As a matter of fact that, we use custom generated usernames during sign up process to protect the identity of participant.
We have strong DDOS protect provider and use OVH SAS dedicated servers. If it requires for the future, we can upgrade our system to BlockDos or Prolexic Technology for security measures. But we do not have any concerns regarding to security at the moment. We are working with the sector leaders.
Additionally, we have agreement with GeoTrust for EV SSL and daily security checks for malwares. They are one of the sector leaders with good reputation. We trust the brand! The system they provide is easy to use and more than enough for our company.
Protection of funds is another story to tell. However, we would like not to share how funds are protected.

What does the future look like to you for SimbWealth? Do you have specific growth goals? How about special advertising programs?
We are here to proof ourselves and make difference in this sector. Truly, we have no any background history in HYIP sector. But we know how to drive the currency well. We can divide and create more departments for handling the different types of investment in the future. But it seems like to be happen after couple of years.
We have our own advertising and promoting department that handles pretty much everything for our company. We generally use the well-known trusted HYIP monitors, boards and of course Facebook paid advertisements, not paid posters on some unknown groups or boards.

We try hard to be fair and honest with everything that we publish in the Emily News blog. We see our goal as primarily explaining how investment programs work in a way that is both informative to the investor and fair to the program. Is there anything that we can do to improve our service to investment program Admins like yourself?
Emily News is one of the good ones. Try to keep it on the track. Most important thing is the gain trust on investors. When you do this, you will be at top 3 always. More fair and trustful news on HYIPS, brings more followers. Thank you for doing good business.

Can you tell us why you decided to advertise your program on Emily News?
Advertising is very important in HYIP sector. As many as there are scammers, there are also good ones trying to do good things. We are trying to choose one of the good ones when we are making advertising our company. So, this is why we came to EN.

As you have probably already noticed, we have published your recent email (as News Commentary #80) correcting us for using working days rather than calendar days with respect to your investment plans.
