Clarification on SimbWealth Review.
We just received a very informative email from the Admin of SimbWealth in which he corrected and clarified a number of things we said in our recent review of his program (which you can read here). We appreciate this type of feedback. If we misunderstand how a program works, it’s highly probable that many investors will also misunderstand it. And, one function of the Emily News monitor is to get the right information to investors. So, here it is…
First and foremost, I had mistakenly assumed that the “Hi-Tech Industries” and “Leasing Plan” investment plans only earned interest on WORKING days. This is incorrect and they earn interest on CALENDAR days. For the investor, this simplifies understanding the investment plans considerably — and also makes the plans much more profitable.
For example, in the Hi-Tech Industries plan, if you invest $100, you will earn $1.33 (100 x .0133) per day, every day of the week. You will break even in 76 (100/1.33) days and, at the end of the 90 day period, you will have earned $120 (1.33 x 90) which is 120% of your original investment. Since your investment is returned as part of your earnings, your net (or true) profit is 20% for the 90 day period.
The important point is that all of this is happening in three months rather than in four — which is the way I explained things in the review. So, the investor will be earning money that much more quickly. Even with this change, the interest rates used by Simbwealth are still very conservative and are in the ballpark that can lead to a very sustainable program in the long run. For the Leasing Plan investment plan, there would be similar changes. The most important thing is that, since the plan provides interest every day of the week, it would run for six months (180 days) rather than for eight months as I had indicated in the review.

I would like clarify some of the points.
First of all, investment plans are calendar days. For example, if you invest
hi tech industries, it takes 90 calendar days to complete the cycle. And you can cashout your earnings in daily basis.“The company works only weekdays” means, as an investor we are working on monday through friday. Most of the companies and parties that we work together, work on weekdays too. Also we need time to ourselves to relax.
Lets come to Cashouts, We have fully automated custom system that pays instantly, in a time manner base and manually. We prefer to make payments in manual basis due to security checks of investors. As most hyipers know, hack is a big issue on the site. There can be script bugs, hosting problem, back doors, etc. Our it department try to do their best for security. They are not the best but well trained for the task.
So, shortly let’s look deeply on hitech industries plan, you invest $100 and start earning $1.33 daily for 90 calendar days. Cashout request can be created any time you want if there is balance on your earning wallet. Weekends included. You can make cashout request on daily basis or you make weekly or 3 to 4 days. It is up to you.
When the system works manually, it means one of us sits on computer and makes the security checks and pays the interest. We would like to tell that we are also doing that on weekends but it is not as much as on weekdays. So I can say that SIMB WEALTH Management makes the payments up to 24 hours on weekdays and also weekends.
Secondly, we are also accept SKRILL for the payments that you can add on your review. We have an issue on our OKPAY account. Verification process takes long time than usual. Now investments via OKPAY is suspended. I hope okpay will resolve the issue soon.
Also we make applications for Neteller, Solid Trust Pay, Payooneer and Payza. Still awaiting for verification.
Thirdly, I would like clarify the dust on real estate and chartering plans. These two plans are the most profitable plans for our company. The minimum investment can be the highest options in HYIP industry. There is a reason for that, we cannot buy/sell Petroleum Products and real estates with small amount of money. If you know the real estate business, nowadays it goes up rapidly. One small studio apartment is at least $100,000. Monthly rental fee is more than $1,000. When the investors comes for real estate option, first we are renting for short term monthly basis then our specialist re-rent in daily basis to create a cash flow. Chartering CPP is the MOST PROFITABLE sector in all over the world. There is nothing else like that sector. The revune and interest rate are too atractive for basic investors. The only thing is it requires high amount of capital to start.
