On August 25, Hooplex (reviewed here) hosted a conference in Pematangsiantar, Indonesia. Hooplex is certainly the most active HYIP in business right now in-so-far-as its efforts to attract new affiliates is concerned. I will even venture to guess that Hooplex might even be becoming a household word in southeast Asia — at least in Indonesia where the majority of their events have taken place.
