Another Amazing WLS Project!
WestLand Storage (reviewed here) is full of big surprises. In our recent News Commentary #548, we referred to the WLS “Road Map” that you can navigate to by means of a link on the bottom of their home page. The Road Map describes a tropical island somewhere in the Caribbean that is owned by WLS and that will be the site or a forthcoming conference. Well, WLS has again highlighted something in this Road Map called the WLS “City System.” This is another rather grandiose WLS project that calls for “the recovery of illiquid real estate and the eventual sale and rent of those properties to small and middle-sized businesses. WLS provides the office space and our own software.” Apparently, this endeavor will take place is the US, Australia, and in Hong Kong. As I see it, this is quite an undertaking that could take years to complete — even in one of those countries. Surprisingly, WLS claims that project development will be finished by the end of the first quarter of 2019. No indication is given as to exactly what “project development” entails. It will be interesting to see how all this works out…

Work on the project has already begun and the first stage is completed! We have already established subsidiaries in the USA, Hong Kong and Australia, and have begun to build the necessary infrastructure. And in the 1st quarter of 2019 the project development will be completed!
