OxBit (reviewed here) just announced that it has added a Russian translation of its website. Furthermore, they go on to say that Chinese and German translations are just around the corner. This sounds to me like they are on the right track. According to the “ClustrMaps” data that you can see on our blog, after English, Russian appears to be the next most popular location for followers of EmilyNews. Germany and China are not far behind. Needless to say, it makes good sense for an HYIP to try to access the huge Chinese population base.

If the program administrators manage the program wisely, it could be a long-term success.
