Today, we are very happy to be able to present an interview with the Admin of BtcRush (reviewed here) to the readers of EmilyNews.  Interviews such as this are the Admin’s opportunity to provide additional information about his program and/or to clarify information in his website that might have confused some readers.  We should note that we asked a number of hard questions in this interview.  Answers to those questions — and ALL questions — were complete and informative.  So, again, we are grateful to the Admin of BtcRush for taking the time to participate in the interview and hope that his responses will be helpful to you.

And, now to our interview…

Hello Admin. Can you please introduce yourself to the readers of EmilyNews and perhaps tell us a little about your background?

Hi, my name is Lee, I’m one of the BtcRush mining company founders.

What is your role in BtcRush? Can you tell us how many other professional staff members are involved with the project and what their roles are?

I occupy the position of Chief Technical Officer at the company.

At the moment we have 138 people working at BtcRush in general, and 78 of them work in my department, it is the largest one, because mining makes a fundamental part of our today’s business.

We also have 23 traders, 11 members of IT department, the rest are marketing, analysts, support staff etc.

In our review of the BtcRush investment program, we indicated that we liked the idea of investors being able to withdraw their investment at any time with only a 5% penalty. Have you found that many investors are withdrawing early or do most simply leave their investment in place?

The major part of our clients leave their deposits in place until they reach a point of recovery, after that they either invest more or withdraw the deposit depending of their needs. At the moment we have about 12% deposit withdrawals, to my mind these statistics says that our clients like earning with BtcRush.

In our review, we noted that, if a person leaves his investment in place for a long time, his net interest will ultimately approach the gross interest of 4.1% that he is paid daily. This seems high to us. Do you feel that you can sustain interest payments at this level in the long term? This is always the big question on investors’ minds.

We can afford paying 4.1% because we have a very strong team of analysts who always help to understand what altcoin to mine, and which one will grow in price in the nearest future. We constantly try mining new promising cryptocurrencies which prices may rise in prospect.

Not less important is the role of traders, because they help us to sell the mined altcoins at the highest prices. Thus having huge trading volumes thanks to our clients investments, we get very considerable daily profit, which allows us to pay 4.1% daily.

Can you explain how you handle withdrawal requests? Are they handled manually or automatically? How long does it take to process a request? Do you process withdrawal requests on weekends? Do you anticipate situations where there might be long delays in processing withdrawal requests?

The withdrawals are performed manually. Many investors ask us why don’t we make them instant. The answer is security. We pay great attention to this issue.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the business hours (Mon-Sat 9 AM – 8 PM GMT) several times per hour, on Sundays withdrawals are processed once per several hours from 10 AM till 6 PM.

Concerning the delays, sometimes, the withdrawal process can take up to 3 business days because of additional security checks. It may also happen when comes to large amount withdrawals. There may be additional delays because we need to withdraw these funds from several exchanges where we trade them, in one specific currency. Sometimes the traders need time to wait for the most appropriate moment to buy or sell the necessary funds.

Can you tell us about security measures you have taken to protect your website from hackers and other threats?

Of course.

First of all pay attention that we provide all our investors with a secret login that is not “tied” to user’s email, thus even in case when an email is hacked and the password is stolen, the malefactor won’t be able to get into BtcRush account without the secret login.

We provide our investors with 2FA authentication option and highly recommend them to switch it on. On our side we also have several password cracking protection mechanisms to minimize the risks to get a client’s password stolen.

When comes to the platform in general: our servers are protected by Cloudflare, and we use our custom solution based on our own web-application, thus we have a complete control over our platform.

The last thing to say is we don’t use any payment aggregators or getaways to accept payments, and this measure minimizes the risk of stealing funds from the wallets.

What does the future look like to you for BtcRush? Do you have specific growth goals? How about special advertising programs?

Till the end of the year we plan to open several offices around the globe. In July and August 2 conferences for our clients and representatives will be organized.

In October we plan to launch one more large innovative mining farm. The new miners will take less energy and mine specific coins almost for free.

We try hard to be fair and honest with everything that we publish in the Emily News blog. We see our goal as primarily explaining how investment programs work in a way that is both informative to the investor and fair to the program. Is there anything that we can do to improve our service to investment program Admins like yourself?

Frankly speaking, it’s the first time we’re advertising our project with your blog, so I don’t have enough information to answer your question right now.

Can you tell us why you decided to advertise your program on Emily News?

As far as know, your blog has been recommended to us by one of the investors as a good and promising online investment portal where our program must be present.
