This program has stopped PAYING! Do not invest there!
FxLTD is another investment company registered in the UK. They claim to generate their funds by means of both forex trading and investment in “high growth securities on all major stock markets of the world.” They have been active online for over a month now.
FxLTD has four investment plans. There are discrepancies depending on where you go in the website to find a description of the plans. For example, the Investment page says that three of the plans only pay interest on working days. However, in your account page, it appears that all of the plans are paying every day — on calendar days. Likewise, on the Main page there may be an error where it indicates that certain plans do or do not return your principal at the end of a plan. Again, this is corrected in the Account page where it is indicated that all plans return your principal at their completion. The Main page also indicates that the Ultimate plan is 30 days long whereas the Account page indicates it is 50 days long. So, in what we say about the investment plans, we will be referring to the descriptions of them given on the Account page.
All this said, here is a summary of the four FxLTD investment plans:
Starter Plan. 1.6% daily for 15 days
$5 – $300
Gross return = 124%
Professional Plan. 1.8% daily for 30 days
$301 – $1,000
Gross return = 154%
Ultimate Plan. 2.2% daily for 50 days
$1,501 – $3,000
Gross return = 210%
Business Plan. 110% after 7 days
$50 – $10,000
Gross return = 110%
There is a minor oversight which is that the minimum investment in the Ultimate plan should probably be $1,001 rather than $1,501. However, this isn’t corrected in the Account page, so I will leave it as it stands.
An unusual — but very nice — thing about these investment plans is that they do not have excessively high maximum investment limits. I have always thought that other HYIPs with maximums like $50,000 or $100,000 are completely unrealistic for the online investor. And, in fact, they are unnecessary too because, if someone came along that really wanted to invest a huge amount, he could simply make a number of smaller investments to wind up with the total he is aiming at. So, why advertise nonsense numbers on a website!
The first three plans pay interest on a daily basis plus they return your principal at the end of the investment plan. Therefore, all of your daily earnings are pure profit (assuming that you do, indeed, get your principal back). This average daily profit is what we have been referring to as Daily Net Interest (DNI) in previous Emily News Blog articles. So, the given interest rate for the first three investment plans is the DNI for those plans. Ranging from 1.6% to 2.2%, these rates are in the low to medium range (Please see HYIP Insights #12 for a detailed discussion of DNI. You can read it here.). So, the prospects of this program being a long term survivor are fairly good. Another factor is that, in order to invest in the Ultimate plan that has the highest interest rate of 2.2%, you have to come up with a minimum deposit of $1,501. Although this amount isn’t overly excessive, it will still lock out a great many potential investors. With fewer investors in the highest interest program, there is a greater possibility for longevity of the overall program.
The fourth investment plan, the Business plan, is completely different from the first three in that it doesn’t pay any earnings until the end of the plan — seven days after you make your deposit. At that time, you receive a total gross return of 110% of your initial investment. Your net profit will be 10%. Averaging this out over the seven day term of the investment plan, you receive an average daily profit, or DNI, of 1.43% (10/7). Comparing this to the DNI for the previous three plans, you can see that it the least profitable. Unless a person is in a hurry to get their investment back, it might be worthwhile to invest in the Starter plan that is twice as long but pays a bit more net interest on a daily basis.
OK, let’s do a few numerical examples to see how these plans would work out for you. We’ll take a look at both the Starter plan and the Business plan and see what happens for an investment of $100 in each of them. For the Starter plan, our $100 will earn 1.6% or $1.60 (100 x .016) per day for 15 days. So, by the end of day 15, we will have earned a total of $24. This is our profit for the investment plan. We will also get our principal — $100 — back at the that time, for a total gross return of $124. For the Business plan, we earn a simple 110% after seven days. So, our $100 investment becomes $110 a week later. The $10 is our profit. To make this plan comparable to the Starter plan, we could invest our $100 a second time and make another $10 profit for a total of $20. The total time in this plan would then by 14 days, just about the same as in the Starter plan. However, our profit is $4 less. So, as we predicted in the previous paragraph, the Business plan is the least profitable of the four options.
FxLTD has a satisfactory selection of payment processors which are: Perfect Money, Bitcoin, AdvCash, and Payeer. Deposits are processed instantly while withdrawals are handled manually and can take up to 12 hours. The FAQ (which I don’t believe are up to date) states that deposits can sometimes take up to 24 hours. It is very unusual for a program to suggest that the processing of deposits might take longer than the processing of withdrawals.
It is difficult to understand the FxLTD affiliate program. Supposedly, it is a five level program that can pay up to 8% commission. However, in the Affiliate section of the website, an example is worked out where there are $500 deposits made on the first, second, and third levels of a person’s downline. For the first level, the commission calculates out to 5%; for the second it is 2.4%; and, for the third it is 1%. There is no calculation for the fourth and fifth levels. There is a table of commissions that appears to go up to 8% for five levels deep. But, it doesn’t agree with the numerical example. If you are serious about recruiting, this is something that you would want to get clear on.
Support from FxLTD is satisfactory but not outstanding. There are two email addresses, one for the Admin and the other for “support.” There is also the standard contact form. Live chat would be a welcome addition.
In closing, FxLTD offers three relatively conservative investment plans that offer interest rates that are within a range that could be sustainable in the long term. So, you might possibly want to add FxLTD to your investment portfolio. As usual our advice is to diversify and never to invest more than you can afford to lose. Good Luck!
