Let me continue with Foundax platform (review Part 1 you can read here) today. As most investors must be sure of rules and conditions of their chosen investment program, we’ll cover those things below. After short reminder of plans provided in previous article on EN:

Since we work with a daily (calendar-days) plan, we do not need a conversion factor of 30/22 (calendar days/business days).
Foundax offers investor 3.5% / per day interest rate for 30 days (+ Principal Back at the end). First check is when we break even. We divide 100% by the 3.5% and get ~28.5 days – which is less than plan’s duration. This is one of those times when “Principal Back” plan allows members to reach the break even point before the end.
What is the Net Profit? Let’s check – 3.5% x 30 days = 105%
This way the Total Gross Interest is 205% (105% NET Profit + 100% Principal Back = 205%).
Next step is to check this plan thorough the DNI (Daily Net Interest) filter to see the risk reward ratio better.. the same thing as we always do with all listed investment platforms.

Usually, the DNI for “Principal Return” plans is the same as the Daily Earnings Rate.We divide our Net Profit (105%) by 30 days and get exactly 3.5% of DNI level. We consider it a HIGH interest plan and that usually attracts more adventurous investors than conservative ones.
