A few days ago, we received an email from the CEO of Kirkland & Felt (reviewed here) that I would like to share with you. He answers a few questions that have come up about the program and also has kind words to say to all who might be suffering or at least inconvenienced by the present pandemic. Good day to everyone. I hope everyone has a good weekend and staying at your homes to be safe from the virus.
Just sending this e-mail to send gratitude towards support and your trust. We are now on the 50th day online since relaunching and I am feeling good about all the plans we have in store for everyone, old and new.
As usual, everything is in order and all questions have been answered already. Normal question that sometimes still get asked if whether you can have multiple ongoing deposits to the same plan or different plans, and the answer is YES you can have that and yes you can make a deposit from account balance as well. I have modified the way you choose the payment option on the deposit page to make things much easier to understand. From a drop down selection, I had it converted into a list where you can tick radio buttons on the left side to choose which payment you’ll use.
Again, I wish everyone a blessed day ahead and stay safe please by trying to stay inside your homes always and only go out when absolutely necessary. We will all get through this for sure, it’s just a matter of time.
