Discussion.
To summarize what we discovered in Part 1 of this review, here’s what we know about the two Global Office investment plans so far:
Europe
1.5% per day for 10 days
$10 – $50,000
Principal returned at end of plan
Break even in 10 days
DNI = 1.5%
Asia
4.5% per day for 30 days
$20 – $100,000
Principal included as part of earnings
Break even in 23 days
DNI = 1.17%
In HYIP Insights #21, we made a number of suggestions concerning what we felt were the characteristics of a good online investment plan. One of them is that the plan should break even within a month or so. This is certainly true of the two Global Office plans. Another characteristic is that you should recover your investment on a daily basis (rather than to have it returned to you at the end of the investment plan). This is true for the Asia plan and is partially true for the Europe plan. Fortunately, the Europe plan is short term and, even though you must wait until the plan ends to have the bulk of your principal returned, the length of time (10 days) that it is at risk isn’t too long. The most important characteristic of an investment plan might be the level of risk associated with it. Our suggestion in this article was to be cautious about investing in plans with DNIs higher than 2%. Here, again, the Global Office investment plans come out OK with DNIs of 1.17% and 1.5%
But, what about profitability? This is really the flip side of risk. In EmilyNews, we usually talk about average weekly profit, a quantity you get by simply multiplying DNI by seven, the number of days in a week. For the Europe plan, this comes to 10.5% per week and for the Asia plan it comes to 8.19% per week. We suggested in the article in HYIP Insights #23 that an investor should aim at programs offering investment plans having weekly profits between 5% and 15%. Our thought was that this is a satisfactory level of profit that doesn’t go along with an undue amount of risk. Here, once again, the Global Office investment plans are on the money. So, at least according to EmilyNews suggestions, these investment plans seem to be well-thought-out.
You might be wondering which is the BEST of the two plans to put your money into. As we discovered, the Europe plan is the more profitable of the two with a DNI of 1.5% compared to a DNI of 1.17% for the Asia plan. However, since you don’t have the bulk of your investment returned to you until the plan ends, it is a bit riskier, meaning that, if the program closes prematurely, you will lose most of your investment. So, as is true of many HYIPs, the investor must choose between higher profitability or higher risk. This depends completely on the temperament of the investor. The adventuresome investor will probably opt for the Europe plan while the more conservative investor will probably opt for the Asia plan.
Earnings Examples.
Let’s assume an investment of $100 in each of the two Global Office investment plans and see what happens.
First, for the Europe plan, you will receive a daily return of 1.5% or $1.50 on a daily basis until the plan ends 10 days later. This is a total interest return of $15. This is your profit because your investment of $100 is returned to you what the plan ends.
For the Asia plan, you will receive a daily return of 4.5% or $4.50. After 23 days, you will have received $103.50. So, that’s when you break even. By the time the plan ends in 30 days you will have received a total of $135. Since this includes your investment of $100, $35 of this is your profit.
Now, suppose that you invest in the Europe plan thee times to make the investment period the same as that for the Asia plan. In that case, your profit from the Europe plan would be three times what you would earn for a single time around with the plan for a total of $45 (3 x 15). So, you can again see that, for equal time periods, the Europe plan is the more profitable one — but also the riskier one!
Conclusions.
Global Office offers two investment plans. One plan offers a somewhat greater return with a correspondingly greater risk. But the returns of both plans are within sensible limits implying that the overall program should have a better than average chance of long-term survival.
I hope this information is helpful.
