Ryna Holdings – Review Part 2

This program has STOPPED paying! Do not invest there!

In this second part of the review of Ryna Holdings (Ryna for short) investment program, we will continue to take an in-depth look at the three investment plans offered by the company.  In case you’ve forgotten, all of the investment plans pay your interest on a daily basis and have a one-year term.  And, your investment is returned to you as part of your interest earnings.  In Part 1 of this review, we spent a lot of time figuring out the daily interest rates paid by the three Ryna investment plans.  You will recall that the website gave information on earnings in dollars rather than in percents as is the normal custom in the HYIP industry.  Here is a summary of what we discovered in Part 1.

Basic Package
$10 – $1,000
Minimum daily gross interest.  0.60%
Maximum daily gross interest.  0.90%
Average daily gross interest.  0.75%

Top Package
$1,001 – $5,000
Minimum daily gross interest.  1.00%
Maximum daily gross interest.  1.30%
Average daily gross interest.  1.15%

Ultimate Package
$5,001 – $30,000
Minimum daily gross interest.  1.40%
Maximum daily gross interest.  1.70%
Average daily gross interest.  1.55%

Now, let’s move ahead and learn more about how these investment plans work…

Analysis of the Ryna Holdings Investment Plans.

It is important to realize that everything we come up with in our analysis of the Ryna investment plans will be approximate because the interest paid by the various plans varies on a day by day basis.  We will estimate how everything will work by using the AVERAGE daily gross interest rate for each of the programs.  This should put us in the right ballpark.  But, our results won’t be precise.

This said, the first thing that we will do is determine when each of the plans will break even.  This is very easy to do.  You simply divide 100% by the average gross interest referred to in the previous paragraph.  For the Basic Package, the plan would break even after 134 days (100/.75).  Doing the same arithmetic for the other two programs we come up with the following results:

Basic Package.  Break even = 134 days
Top Package.  Break even = 87 days
Ultimate Package.  Break even = 65 days

Next, let’s determine the daily net interest (DNI) for each of the investment plans.  You will recall that DNI is the best tool we have for determining the profitability of an investment plan as well as its chances for long-term survivability.  Again, thinking about the Basic Package, since we know the average gross DAILY interest, we can multiply this by 365 days to get the TOTAL gross interest paid by the investment plan.  This comes out to 274% (.75 x 365).  Subtracting 100% because this includes your investment, you come up with the total net interest for the plan or 174%.  Finally, dividing this by the number of days in the investment plan, you come up with the daily net interest (DNI) which, for this case equals 0.48%.  If we do the same arithmetic for the other two investment plans we come up with the following results:

Basic Package
Total net interest = 174%
DNI = 0.48%

Top Package
Total net interest = 320%
DNI = 0.88%

Ultimate Package
Total net interest = 466%
DNI = 1.28%

Discussion.

Let’s talk about survivability of the program first.  In the article in HYIP Insights #12, we suggested that programs having investment plans with DNIs less than 1% would have a very good chance of long term survival while programs having plans with DNIs greater than 2% might have a poor chance.  DNIs between 1% and 2% are in a gray area and programs with plans having  DNIs in this range could easily go either way.  Of course, these ranges of values are only our OPINION.  Especially in the HYIP “Game,” nothing is certain.  Sometimes programs that we expect to be long-term survivors wind up crashing in a matter of weeks.  On the other hand, sometimes there are programs that manage to keep plugging along in spite of the fact that they are paying interests that appear to be unsustainable.  But, with this as a disclaimer, it is STILL good to do one’s best at trying to get a handle on the survivability of an investment program.  And, these ranges of DNIs are one way of approaching this problem.  But, back to Ryna

Looking at the DNIs in the previous list, we can see that the values for the Basic and Top Packages are below 1%.  Only the value for the Ultimate Package is in the gray area between 1% and 2%.  And, it is in the low side of the gray area with a DNI of only 1.28%.  Furthermore, the minimum investment required for this package is $5,000, which is much higher than the typical online investor will put into a single program.  In short, most, if not all, of the Ryna customers will be paid net daily interests that are less than one percent.  This is very unusual in the HYIP business and Ryna is the first program to come along in quite a while that offers investment plans that are so conducive to long-term survival.

The flip side of the coin, of course, is profitability.  The lower the interest that is paid, the better are a programs chances for long-term survival.  On the other hand, lower interest means that it is a less profitable program.  There is no getting around that.  But, let’s put some dollars and cents on this.  Let’s suppose that we invest $1,000 in the Basic Package as well as in the Top Package and see how the earnings compare.  Let’s simply use the DNIs for the plans even though you must remember that DNIs are FICTITIOUS numbers that average out your earnings over the entire investment plan term (you don’t make any profit until you break even but, after that, you are earning “pure profit).  For the Basic Package, with a DNI of 0.48%, you would earn an average daily profit of $4.80 or $33.60 per week.  For the Top Package, with a DNI of 0.88%, you would earn an average daily profit of $8.80 or $61.60 per week.  To put it still another way, multiplying each of these DNIs by seven, you get an average percent profit per week.  So, for the Basic Package your average weekly profit would be 3.36% while for the Top Package, your average weekly profit would be 6.16%.  My personal rule is that, if an investment plan earns me around 5% profit per week, it is a sensible plan to get involved with.  This is my opinion of course; I’m a VERY conservative investor.  But, for what it’s worth, these two investment plans are right in line with my way of thinking.  The Top Package might, indeed, be TOPS!

All of these investment plans return your investment along with your earnings.  In general, this type of investment plan is superior to the type that returns your investment at the completion of the plan because you are gradually getting closer to the day when you will break even and begin to make “pure” profit.  Looking at our listing of days to break even for the three plans, we see that the Basic Package takes around four months to break even while the Top package takes only three.  The Ultimate Package takes around two months but, again, I doubt if that plan will have many takers.  The bottom line is that it will take three or four months for you to break even with these plans — which, in the HYIP business, is quite a long time.  However, since all the investment plans run for a full year, you will be earning pure profit most of the time — for eight or nine months.  That’s rather nice.

A final point and, I think, a very important one is that, since the earnings for the Top Package are so much greater than the earnings for the Basic Package (a DNI of 0.88% vs. a DNI of 0.48%), it would appear that an investor might want to make a special effort to generate the $1,000 minimum investment required to take advantage of the higher interest program.  However, always remember the advice we give in every review which is to NEVER invest more than you can afford to lose.  As far as the Ryna program is concerned, it looks like the program could be a long-term survivor.  But, nothing is ever for sure in this business.

Conclusions.

Ryna Holdings offers three low-interest long-term investment programs.  They all return your investment as part of your earnings.  Based on the interest rates that they offer, the prognosis for long-term survival of the program is exceptionally good.  Even though the interest paid is low compared to the typical HYIP, for the two lower interest investment plans it is still possible to average in the neighborhood of 5% weekly profit over the one-year course of the investment plans.  The highest interest plan will get you considerably more.  These plans can be expected to attract the conservative investor who is looking for modest but steady long-term income.  They will probably not attract the adventuresome investor who is looking for greater earnings over a shorter period of time.  Good Luck!
