This program moved to CLOSED! Do not invest there!

Discussion.

As we have stated in previous parts of this review of True-Chain, this is a very unique program because it offers four different types on investment plans.  Typically, an HYIP will offer only one.  A few will offer two.  Rarely will a program offer more.  So, it is a bit of a challenge to review this program as there are so many major differences between its investment plan offerings.  However, we will try our best and, in this section of the review, we will discuss a few of the pros and cons of these investment plans.

To begin with, I’m going to repeat the basic information about all of the plans as well as the results we previously obtained for their breakeven points and average daily net interest (DNI).  This will make discussing the plans much more convenient as we will have all the information in one place.

OK, we have a lot of information to sort through!  Let’s try to simplify things.  The first thing that we will do is eliminate Plan #3 from consideration as the minimum investment of $10,000 pretty much will put it out of the range of consideration of almost all online investors.  I fact, we recommend that investors NOT put large amounts of money into ANY online investment program unless it can prove it is just as viable as, say, the neighborhood bank where you deposit your savings or a corporation that you are thinking of buying stock shares from.

Next let’s look at breakeven points.  When you compare the two remaining “perpetual” plans, Plans #1 and #2, with Plans #4, #5, and #6, we see that they take quite a bit longer to break even.  So, from that point of view, they are disadvantageous.

Finally, let’s take a closer look at Plans #4, #5, and #6.  They are each of a different type which complicates things.  Plan #4 breaks even the fastest and has the highest DNI (3.57%) of the five plans that we are considering.  That would make it seem to be the most attractive.  However, there is always a catch and, in this case, the catch is that you don’t receive a penny from the plan until its conclusion; that’s when both your investment and earnings are returned to you.  So, although this is theoretically the most lucrative investment plan, it is also the riskiest; ALL of your investment is at risk for a three-week period.  Plan #5 is a full percent less lucrative than Plan #4 with a DNI of 2.5%.  However, you recover a portion of your investment every day until, by the time the plan ends after 28 days, you have recovered 70% of your investment.  So, Plan #5 is less lucrative that Plan #4 but it is also less risky.  Finally, there is Plan #6 which returns all of your earnings before the plan ends.  From this point of view, it is the least risky.  However, the DNI for this plan is a full percent less than the DNI for Plan #5.  In fact, the DNI for Plan #6 is less than half the DNI for Plan #4.  So, this array of investment plans is a very clear example of the concept that increased profit goes along with increased risk — and vice versa.

It is also worth noting that Plans #5 and #6 have rather low maximum investment limits for HYIPs.  However, unless there is fine print somewhere that prohibits this, I suspect that the investor who would like to make a larger investment into either of these plans can do so by means of making multiple deposits into them.  This is usually a permissible procedure.

A very important factor to keep in mind is that the risk associated with a specific investment PLAN isn’t the important thing; the risk of an investment PROGRAM closing is!  The entire program is what closes, not one investment plan within the program.  So, somehow or other, the investor has to decide how risky the overall program is as an investment vehicle.  In the case of a program like True-Chain that contains radically different investment plans, this is just about impossible to do!  From this point of view, this is a very clever program.  If a great many investors opt for the more lucrative investment plans like Plan #4, the survival of the overall program might be put at risk.  On the other hand, if most investors opt for Plan #6, the potential for long term survival of the program will greatly increase.  A possible approach that the investor might want to take is, if he can invest in the very early stages of True-Chain’s online presence, it might make sense to take a chance with Plan #4.  If, on the other hand, the investor would like to invest with True-Chain later on, Plan #6 might be a safer alternative.  Somewhere in the middle is Plan #5!  I’m not quite sure how to factor the “perpetual” plans into this discussion.  If, indeed, the investor is confident that the program will survive for as long long time, a “perpetual” plan might seem like the way to go.  However, such an investor could make a LOT more money by investing over and over again in Plan #4!

Conclusions.

The True-Chain investment program offers an extremely diverse selection of investment plans.  They range from high profit/high risk to low profit/low risk and from “perpetual” to relatively short term.  I believe that it is impossible to clearly determine a best or worst of the lot and that the decision of where an investor should put his money will primarily depend on what he feels the chances for survivability of the overall program are.  In this review, we have attempted to explain how the various investment plans work and to compare them with one another.  The decision of which way to go is up to you!

I hope all this information is helpful to you in making such a decision.
