Discussion.

As a summary of the information from Part 1 of this review of FR Wallet, we are looking at a “perpetual” investment plan that pays an average daily interest of 1.71%.  It breaks even in around two months.  Since the plan is “perpetual,” it will continue in operation until the program closes its doors.  So, we determined the average daily net interest (DNI) that you can earn from the plan for a number of assumed lifetimes for the program.  Here’s what we came up with:

  • Program assumed lifetime     DNI
  • 90 days                                    0.60%
  • 120 days                                  0.87%
  • 150 days                                  1.04%
  • 180 days                                  1.15%
  • 360 days                                  1.43%
  • 720 days                                  1.57%

Unlike many other “perpetual” plans that are active on line, this one truly functions just like your bank savings account.  You make a deposit and it pays you interest forever.  Furthermore, unlike many other similar online investment plans, you can withdraw from your account at any time.  The difference between FR Wallet and your bank account is that this plan pays a LOT more interest than your bank does.

An unusual feature of this program is that the gentleman running it is quite unpretentious.  He says outright that he is a one man show; there is no pretense that he is part of a massive investment firm, etc.  This is unusual and I find it to be very refreshing as it is a sign that this might even be a real (rather than imaginary) investment program.  I believe that he even posts the results of his trading on Telegram.  If his claim that he averages 5% to 10% profit per day trading cryptos is accurate, it would certainly appear that he should be able to pay the promised average return of 1.71% — with a lot to spare as a safety factor.

In the article in HYIP Insights #12, we went to great efforts to come up with suggested values for DNI that we feel are characteristic of investment plans that survive in the long term.  The results presented in the article were that programs offering investment plans having DNIs less than 1% should have a good chance of long-term survival and that programs offering investment plans having DNIs greater than 2% might have a difficult time surviving in the long term.  Programs offering investment plans having DNIs between 1% and 2% could go ether way depending on a number of factors, not he least of which would be the revenue that the program generates to pay the returns that it promises.

Well, looking at the values for DNI, for the FR Wallet program, you first see, as you would expect, that your average profit (DNI) increases the longer the program survives.  This makes sense because, the longer you receive a return after you break even, the more “pure profit” you can put in your pocket.  Next, you can see that DNI starts out very modestly; it barely reaches 1% in one half years’ time.  Then, it will take roughly TWO years to rise to 1.5%.  The point is that this investment plan fits nicely into our recommendations for a program that would have a good chance for long-term survival.  In addition, assuming that we can trust the administrators claim that he makes between 5% and 10% daily profit, the prognosis for long-term survival of this program would seem to be very good.

Some investors might not be satisfied with the level of profit that can be made from this program.  If you multiply DNI by seven, you get the average weekly profit that you will earn from an investment plan.  So, for a DNI of 1%, you are earning around 7% per week and, for a DNI of 1.5%, you are earning around 10.5% per week.  Personally, I feel that these are very sensible returns.  However, many online investors might want more than this.

Our opinion is that this level of profit is adequate and is conducive to long-term survivability.  Many online investment programs offer plans with net profits much higher than this.  However, the rule always is that high profits go along with high risk.

Earnings Example.

Let’s assume an investment of $250.  Every day you will receive an average return of 1.71% of this or $4.28 (.0171 x 250).  After 59 days you will have received a total of $252.52 and you will have broken even.  Then, every day after that — forever — you will continue to receive $4.28, which will be net profit.

Conclusions.

FR Wallet offers an especially unusual investment plan for a Telegram Bot.  Typically, Bot programs offer excessively high returns and are almost doomed to close in a week or two.  In contrast, the FR Wallet investment plan offers sensible returns and has a high probability for long-term survival.  It is worth noting that the administration of this program appears to be such that the program might, indeed, be a real live program rather than one of the fictitious programs that are the general rule in the HYIP game.  Time will tell if this is true of not.  This program might be what conservative investors are looking for.
