No More Scams!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a name=\"sl\"><\/a>In <em>Emily News<\/em> we have the policy of accepting the \u201cLegend\u201d presented by an HYIP on its website as true.\u00a0 For those who came in late, an HYIP legend is the story told on a website of how a company generates its revenues and what it will do with investors\u2019 money.\u00a0 There is an <em>HYIP Insights<\/em> article about this that you can read <a href=\"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/blog\/?p=452\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.\u00a0 We have done this TAKING THE INVESTOR\u2019S POINT OF VIEW, which is usually that he hopes the company he is investing in is the real thing, a legitimate enterprise that will survive for a long time so that he will earn a reliable passive income.\u00a0 So, we speak of these companies that a person might invest their hard-earned money in as though they are the real deal &#8212; even though it is a fact that most are not.\u00a0 We see the chief purposes of <em>Emily News<\/em> as providing an accurate explanation of a company\u2019s investment plans as well as an overview of the company itself.\u00a0 The overview is based on the Legend that the company provides in its website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Honest Admin.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But, what is the Admin\u2019s point of view in all this?\u00a0 In a way, it\u2019s the same as the investor\u2019s; he wants to make a lot of money too.\u00a0 Let\u2019s suppose that he\u2019s an honest guy that has a legitimate money-making idea and that he needs some outside funds to make it a reality.\u00a0 So, he puts a website together to raise the funds.\u00a0 He offers high interest rates to investors because he really thinks his idea will pan out.\u00a0 But, maybe it doesn\u2019t!\u00a0 Like nine out of ten small brick and mortar businesses (small stores, construction companies, computer repair shops, etc.), his business fails.\u00a0 Does this mean that his business was a scam &#8212; and that he is a crook?\u00a0 Are all the brick and mortar businesses that fail scams?<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"scl\"><\/a><strong>Scam or Closed: Which Will It be?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, the business might be a scam, just some guy that slapped a website together with a fictional Legend who collects investors\u2019 money while sitting on his living room sofa.\u00a0 And, after he collects enough or when revenues vs. expenditures slow down, he closes the website and vanishes with the treasury.\u00a0 Yes indeed, that kind of guy is a crook.\u00a0 But does that mean that EVERY Admin is a crook?\u00a0 If I were an honest Admin with a legitimate project that &#8212; unfortunately &#8212; failed, I would be offended if I were branded as a scam artist by every HYIP monitor in town.\u00a0 Even if only one in one hundred Admins is in this category, why can\u2019t we be polite to him?\u00a0 In fact, why can\u2019t we be polite to ALL Admins &#8212; honest and crooked?\u00a0 We try to take the investor\u2019s point of view.\u00a0 From now on, we at <em>Emily News<\/em> will also TAKE THE ADMIN\u2019S POINT OF VIEW as well.\u00a0 What does this mean?\u00a0 It simply means that we will be polite.\u00a0 From now on, in this website, there will be <strong>NO MORE SCAMS!<\/strong>\u00a0 There will only be programs that<strong> CLOSE THEIR DOORS<\/strong> or simply are <strong>CLOSED!<\/strong>\u00a0 When a legitimate company goes out of business, it closes.\u00a0 In the same way that we take an HYIP&#8217;s Legend at face value, we are implying that, when such a company closes its doors, there might be legitimate reasons for doing so.\u00a0 <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What will be the effect of this change?\u00a0 Nothing really!\u00a0 If a company is \u201cclosed,\u201d the investor should still \u201cbeware and not invest there.\u201d\u00a0 We have only replaced the word \u201cscam\u201d with \u201cclosed.\u201d\u00a0 However, the entire point of view is different.\u00a0 We feel this is a better way to treat other people and hope that this little change will be a first step in bringing the HYIP industry to a higher level.<\/p>\n<p><em>Emily News<\/em> is a DIFFERENT kind of monitor.\u00a0 We are dedicated to providing accurate and honest information.\u00a0 Now, you can see that we are also dedicated to treating people right &#8212;
