It looks like Hooplex<\/a> (reviewed here<\/a>) is making a major effort to globalize its program.\u00a0 As you know, they have primarily been active in southeast Asia.\u00a0 So, this is a major change in emphasis for them.\u00a0 To tell you the truth, I hadn\u2019t expected this.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
