Based in Hong Kong, AltCoiner <\/a>has been online for just about one month now.\u00a0 The English version of the website is exceptionally well done.\u00a0 The use of the English language is very good and explanations are clear and easy to understand.\u00a0 This differs from many HYIP websites where the reader has to struggle to understand how the program works (read an HYIP Insights<\/em> article about this problem here<\/a>).\u00a0 To make it very simple for the beginner to get started with the program, there is a wonderful guide that takes you through the registration process step by step.\u00a0 It would be hard to get lost if you follow this guide.\u00a0 In addition to the well-written narrative sections of the website, there is an extensive FAQ page.\u00a0 This repeats some of what is covered in the narrative and also clarifies details that might not have been addressed.<\/p>\n

\"altcoiner.net\"<\/a><\/p>\n

As the name of the program might imply, AltCoiner <\/a>deals with the trading of alternate digital currencies or \u201caltcoins.\u201d\u00a0 An altcoin is anything besides Bitcoin.\u00a0 Examples might be LiteCoin and Ethereum.\u00a0 Apparently, since altcoins are a very new and changing method of transmitting funds, their value is quite volatile and trading them requires considerable skill and experience.\u00a0 The folks at AltCoiner <\/a>claim to have the required background to enable them to navigate these difficult waters. \u00a0This program is a way for them to generate additional funds by means of which they hope to further increase their profits — both to their benefit as well as to the benefit of potential investors.\u00a0 For the interested person, the AltCoiner <\/a>website has an elaborate write-up on strategies that can be employed by traders of altcoins.\u00a0 Reading through it, one can easily see that this business is best left to the experts\u2026<\/p>\n

AltCoiner <\/a>enables you to invest your Bitcoins in the trading of altcoins.\u00a0 So, all the accounting in the website is in Bitcoin.\u00a0 In the past, I have always converted Bitcoins to a dollar equivalent both for my own convenience as well as for the convenience of those who cannot yet \u201cthink in Bitcoin.\u201d\u00a0 However, this time around, since everything in this website revolves around digital currencies, including the means of depositing and withdrawing funds, I think the time has come to leave everything in terms of Bitcoin.\u00a0 For those of you who may still be new to digital currencies, right now, one Bitcoin is roughly equal to $1,250.<\/p>\n

With this as an introduction, let\u2019s discuss the AltCoiner <\/a>investment plans.\u00a0 There are four of them.\u00a0 However, they are tied together in a very neat way so that, in effect, there is really only one plan.\u00a0 But, let\u2019s start with the four of them and discuss the relationship later.\u00a0 All of them are what I refer to as \u201cperpetual\u201d plans in that, once you make a deposit, there is no \u201cterm of investment\u201d associated with it.\u00a0 It remains active and earning interest for you until the company closes its doors or until you withdraw it.\u00a0 The ability to withdraw your deposit is a very nice feature.\u00a0 The majority of other \u201cperpetual\u201d investment plans don\u2019t permit you to withdraw your principal or, if they do, they charge a very severe penalty.\u00a0 One such plan that is active now charges 50%!\u00a0 Quite excessive and the message is clear that they want to hang onto your funds to the bitter end.\u00a0 In contrast, AltCoiner <\/a>only charges a penalty of 5%.\u00a0 Considering that they pay daily interests in excess of 3%, this penalty is almost negligible.\u00a0 The only hang-up is that it will take five days for you to get your withdrawal back.\u00a0 But, assuming the program is operated in an honest manner, this shouldn\u2019t be a cause for concern.<\/p>\n

All of the four investment plans posts interest earnings on an hourly basis.\u00a0 Personally, I don\u2019t feel this is necessary; daily would seem to frequent enough.\u00a0 However, I guess that, if this is done automatically, it\u2019s no extra work for the company.\u00a0 And, there are surely some investors that would like this feature, although I can\u2019t imagine anyone making withdrawals every hour on the hour.<\/p>\n

\nDaily profit = 3.6 %<\/p>\n

ETH
\nMin. deposit = 20.00 BTC
\nMax. deposit = 49.99 BTC
\nHourly profit = 0.18 %
\nDaily profit = 4.32 %<\/p>\n

ZEC
\nMin. deposit = 50.00 BTC\u0243
\nMax. deposit = Unlimited
\nHourly profit = 0.21 %
\nDaily profit = 5.04 %<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that probably only the first investment plan will be within the reach of most HYIP investors.\u00a0 The second or DASH plan requires a minimum investment of 4 BTC, around $5,000.\u00a0 That\u2019s quite a lot.\u00a0 The investment levels for the third and fourth investment plans are extremely high.<\/p>\n

The neatest thing about the AltCoiner investment plans is that they \u201cmerge\u201d into one another.\u00a0 For example, if I make an initial deposit of 3.00 BTC, that would place me in the XMR plan.\u00a0 If, a few weeks later, I decide to deposit another 3.00 BTC, rather than a new deposit being opened for me in the XMR plan, my two deposits would automatically be added together and I would move up to the DASH plan where I would benefit from the higher interest rate.\u00a0 So, in reality, there is only a single investment plan with an interest rate that is keyed to the size of your investment.\u00a0 Again, I think this is a good system.\u00a0 It encourages investors to keep on investing in the company and rewards them handsomely for doing so.<\/p>\n

The AltCoiner <\/a>website has a feature that enables an investor to automatically reinvest a portion of his interest earnings.\u00a0 You can chose anywhere from zero to 100%.\u00a0 This compounding is a great way to grow your principal exponentially.\u00a0 Some people will invest a modest amount and let it compound for a few months.\u00a0 Then, they will begin to withdraw their earnings on a much greater principal than they started with.\u00a0 As we will see when we work some numerical examples, with the relatively high interest rates paid by AltCoiner<\/a>, your principal can double in a month or so.\u00a0 So, if you can bear the suspense of having your money tied up for a month or two before seeing any cold hard cash, this is a potentially lucrative way to make a lot of money.\u00a0 Of course, this is the dilemma with any HYIP.\u00a0 There is always the hard choice of trying to get your principal back ASAP or letting it grow in order for you to make even more money later on.\u00a0 All this depends on how well you assess the ability of a HYIP to survive in the long term.\u00a0 We wrote an article in HYIP Insights<\/em> recently about this very subject.\u00a0 You can read it here.<\/p>\n

OK, let\u2019s work an example to put some numbers on all this.\u00a0 I\u2019ll keep it very simple and will assume a deposit of 2 BTC.\u00a0 That will put us in the XMR investment plan with an hourly interest rate of 0.14% or daily rate of 3.36%.\u00a0 It\u2019s obvious, I guess, but, since there are 24 hours in a day, the daily rate is simply 24 times the hourly rate.\u00a0 To make our work a tad simpler, I\u2019ll refer to the daily rate.\u00a0 Assuming a month to be 30 days long, your interest earnings for the month would be 100.8% (30 x 3.36).\u00a0 In other words, you would essentially double your money in the 30 day period.\u00a0 For this example of a 2 BTC investment, you would have earned 2.016 BTC (2 x 1.008) in interest.\u00a0 And, of course, your investment of 2 BTC remains with the company to earn you an additional 2.016 BTC every month until the company finally closes their doors.<\/p>\n

Taking the \u201cmerge\u201d and compounding features into account, there are an infinity of investment scenarios that could take place.\u00a0 I would strongly recommend that a potential investor with AltCoiner <\/a>spend some time messing around with the calculator on the home page of the website.\u00a0 You can set different investment amounts and compounding rates and instantly determine your future earnings.\u00a0 This is a great help in the decision making process.\u00a0 It is admirable that AltCoiner <\/a>recommends that investors begin with a small deposit so that they can learn how the process works.\u00a0 Most HYIPs go for broke and try to entice a person to invest as much as he can bear.<\/p>\n

As already indicated, all transactions with AltCoiner <\/a>are in Bitcoin.\u00a0 The minimum deposit is 0.01 BTC, somewhat more than $10.\u00a0 The minimum withdrawal is 0.001 BTC, somewhat more than 10 cents.\u00a0 Transactions are instant as far as AltCoiner <\/a>is concerned.\u00a0 However, you have to keep in mind that the Bitcoin verification process might take up to 24 hours.\u00a0 Usually it is much faster.<\/p>\n

Although it only applies to people that you directly refer to the program (the first level of your downline), AltCoiner <\/a>has a decent affiliate program.\u00a0 For those with no investment, it pays you a 3% commission on the deposits of people that you refer.\u00a0 For people with an active deposit, the commission depends on the investment plan that you are in (the size of your investment).\u00a0 Here are the rates:<\/p>\n

Support from AltCoiner <\/a>appears to be excellent.\u00a0 There are the standard support form and email address as well as live chat.\u00a0 There is also the opportunity to get help on social media.\u00a0 So, at least theoretically, a newbie to online investing should have plenty of help available to him.\u00a0 However, it is worth repeating that the website narrative is very complete and easy to read and the FAQ repeat in summary form much of the narrative and also appears to fill in any details that might have been missing.\u00a0 So, if the program is working as advertised, there should be little need for assistance.<\/p>\n

In summary, you might want to consider adding AltCoiner <\/a>to your investment portfolio.\u00a0 It is a potentially lucrative program that is presented very well.\u00a0 However, always remember that all HYIPs are risky investments.\u00a0 The more lucrative ones such as this might even be more so.\u00a0 In short, be cautious and do your homework before making an investment.\u00a0 And, always strive to develop a diverse investment portfolio in case one or more of your investment vehicles fails.\u00a0 Good Luck!<\/p>\n
