The Nodebay Investment Plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In our recent \u201cFirst Thoughts\u201d article about NodeBay<\/a>, we very briefly summed up the program\u2019s four investment plans in the following way:<\/p>\n

For the investor,\u00a0NodeBay<\/a>\u00a0offers four investment plans.\u00a0 All of them return your investment as part of your earnings (the best TYPE of investment plan).\u00a0 Three of them run for 25 days while the fourth plan runs for 50 days.\u00a0 ALL of the plans are lucrative, the fourth longer term plan being VERY lucrative.\u00a0 However, the minimum investment for this plan, and even the plan \u201cbelow\u201d it, are so high that it can be expected that these two plans will attract very few investors.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Beginner
\n8% daily for 25 days
\n.001 – .25 BTC<\/p>\n

Advanced
\n9% daily for 25 days

Analysis of the NodeBay Investment Plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The characteristic of the NodeBay<\/a> investment plans that the investor is most likely to notice at first glance is the relatively daily high gross interest rates that they pay.\u00a0 This will have many effects — as we shall see\u2026<\/p>\n

On the positive side, it will make the investment plans break even very quickly.\u00a0 For example, for the Beginner Plan, if you divide 100% by the 8% return that you receive every day, you find that you recover your investment in only 13 days — around two weeks.\u00a0 The other three plans break even faster.\u00a0 If you do this arithmetic for all the investment plans, you get the following results:<\/p>\n

You probably noticed that the Professional and VIP Plans both break even in 10 days, the reason, of course, being that they pay the same return.\u00a0 You might say that the VIP Plan is a \u201cstretched\u201d version of the Professional Plan as it pays the same interest but for twice as long.\u00a0 So, in the Professional Plan, after you break even in 10 days, you receive \u201cpure\u201d profit for 15 more days.\u00a0 However, in the VIP Plan, you receive \u201cpure\u201d profit for 40 days.\u00a0 That\u2019s a long time.\u00a0 As we will see, that’s why this plan is especially lucrative.<\/p>\n

OK, exactly how lucrative are these investment plans?\u00a0 GROSS returns can sometimes be misleading.\u00a0 That\u2019s why we always determine the average daily NET interest (DNI) that an investment plans pays.\u00a0 DNI is simply the total net profit that you receive from an investment plan averaged out over the total length of the plan.\u00a0 It should be common sense that this is a good measure of the profitability of an investment plan.\u00a0 If one plan pays you an average net profit of 2% per day and a another plan pays you only 1%, the first plan is clearly twice as profitable as the second.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

With that as an introduction, let\u2019s determine the DNI for the Beginner Plan.\u00a0 The total GROSS interest that you will receive from this plan will be the daily GROSS interest of 8% times the 25-day length of the plan.\u00a0 The result is 200%.\u00a0 Subtracting 100% from this because it includes your investment, you get that the total NET interest you receive will be 100%.\u00a0 Finally, dividing this by the 25-day length of the investment plan, you get a daily NET interest, or DNI, of 4%.\u00a0 Doing this calculation for the other three investment plans, you get the following:<\/p>\n
