Developer Trade Corporation LTD, \u201cDetron<\/a>\u201d for short, has been in business since 2013.\u00a0 Recently, this past January, it became incorporated in the United Kingdom under the leadership of a Mr. Sebastian Craig.\u00a0 The company went online this past March in an effort to attract investor funding in support of their activities in the many aspects of the real estate business.<\/p>\n

Putting together a number of sentences from the website, here\u2019s what Detron <\/a>appears to be involved with right now. \u00a0\u201cDeveloper Trade Corporation LTD is an international entity that is primarily focused on investment and advisory services in real estate. Most of its actions take place in Central and Eastern Europe. — The company main business involves real-estate, mortgage brokerage, realtor and property management.\u201d\u00a0 They have been involved with the \u201cpurchase of real estate by auction, subsequent reconstruction and sale of the property since 2012. — At this time, the company is developing and taking further steps in the US in Florida where it focuses on renting apartments and villas in resorts.\u201d<\/p>\n

The investment plan offered by Detron <\/a>is somewhat unique in that it is keyed to company revenues.\u00a0 If revenues are good, the daily gross interest can be as much as 4% per day.\u00a0 If they aren\u2019t, a minimum of 1% per day is promised.\u00a0 The website gives a running graphical chart of the daily gross interest paid.\u00a0 For the nine days shown, it has been on a downtrend, with the last entry being 1.1%.\u00a0 The average of the nine days is around 1.6% per day.\u00a0 Of course, there is no way of predicting this at all.\u00a0 So, the investor has to take a wild guess at how much money he will make in this program.<\/p>\n

Another unique thing about the Detron <\/a>investment plan is that it doesn\u2019t have a set term.\u00a0 The number of days in the plan varies and ends after you accumulate 150% of your initial deposit.\u00a0 So, if the company is doing well and the daily gross interest paid is high, the plan for you would end quickly.\u00a0 On the other hand, if company revenues are small, the term of the plan will be long for you.<\/p>\n

To put all this into perspective, let\u2019s work a few examples.\u00a0 We’ll do three of them:<\/p>\n

Assuming that the maximum of 4% is paid every day
\nAssuming that the minimum of 1% is paid every day
\nAssuming that 1.5% is paid every day (this might be a probable daily return)<\/p>\n

In all cases, let\u2019s assume a deposit of $100.\u00a0 At 4% per day, you will earn $4 per day.\u00a0 150% of $100 is, of course, $150.\u00a0 So, the number of days to earn it would be around 38 (150\/4).\u00a0 The number of days to break even would be 25 (100\/4).\u00a0 Something very important is the daily percent of PURE PROFIT that is made during the investment term.\u00a0 The percent of pure profit is, of course 50%.\u00a0 If we divide that by the number of days to reach a 150% gross return, we get the daily percent of pure profit.\u00a0 In this case it is 1.33% (50\/37.5).\u00a0 We can work out similar numbers for the other two smaller gross interest rates.\u00a0 Here are all the results in summary form and, by the way, these numbers of days are the same no matter how much the investment is.\u00a0 I just used $100 because it\u2019s easy to work with.<\/p>\n

\n38 days to make 150%
\n25 days to break even
\n1.33% daily pure profit<\/p>\n

1% daily gross interest
\n150 days to make 150%
\n100 days to break even
\n0.33% daily pure profit<\/p>\n

1.5% daily gross interest
\n100 days to make 150%
\n67 days to break even
\n0.5% daily pure profit<\/p>\n

The most important figure might be the percent of daily pure profit.\u00a0 As far as HYIPs go, these are kind of low unless Detron <\/a>can manage to keep their revenues high so that they can pay near to the 4% gross interest rate.\u00a0 For what it\u2019s worth, and based on the limited data on daily returns on the website, I suspect that the gross returns will be in the neighborhood of 1.5% per day.\u00a0 This only amounts to a daily return of 0.5% of pure profit which is kind of low for the HYIP industry.\u00a0 But, anything can happen, I guess<\/p>\n

Detron <\/a>presently uses the following payment processors: Perfect Money, AdvCash, Payeer, and Bitcoin.\u00a0 The minimum deposit is $10 and the minimum withdrawal is $1.\u00a0 The time to process deposits and withdrawals isn\u2019t very clear.\u00a0 Here is the statement from the FAQ: \u201cAll payments and deposits are mostly instant. If payment is still pending, it will be paid within 48 hours.\u201d\u00a0 I guess the company is trying to cover themselves in case, for some reason, they have to delay a payment of two.<\/p>\n

Detron <\/a>has a decent affiliate program that pays 6%, 3%, and 1% on deposits in the first three levels of your downline.\u00a0 You don\u2019t have to have an active deposit yourself in order to participate in the affiliate program.\u00a0 Detron <\/a>also have an attractive Representative program that ups these figures to 10% on the first level of your downline and 3% on the second.\u00a0 Surprisingly, it looks like there is no commission for deposits on the third level.\u00a0 In order to become a Representative, you must have a minimum of investment $2001 and must actively promote the company on Facebook and other social media.<\/p>\n

Support from Detron <\/a>seems to be excellent.\u00a0 There is the standard request form and email address — which probably go to the same place.\u00a0 There is also live chat which I am assuming is up and running; I didn\u2019t test it.\u00a0 Finally, there are also a mailing address and phone number.\u00a0 I suspect that they might not be helpful.\u00a0 However, if you live in the UK, you might want to give the phone a try.\u00a0 It you live in the neighborhood of the street address, you might even want to check and see what\u2019s going on at the office.\u00a0 Often times, the addresses given are just a place where mail can be delivered.\u00a0 But, who knows?\u00a0 You might be pleasantly surprised.<\/p>\n

Well, that\u2019s about it for Detron<\/a>.\u00a0 As far as I\u2019m concerned, the idea of a flexible interest rate that goes along with company revenues is an attractive feature of this program.\u00a0 It gives them a cushion if — for any reason — they feel it is advisable to lower the interest rate they are using.\u00a0 As already indicated, the daily rate of pure profit is low for a HYIP.\u00a0 Although this will also improve the possibilities for the sustainability of the program, this might not be an attractive feature for some investors.\u00a0 So, typical of all investment programs, there are pros and cons to consider before making the decision to invest.\u00a0 However, if you do decide to invest with Detron<\/a>, as usual, we advise you to make your investment a part of a larger portfolio and never to invest more than you can afford to lose.\u00a0 Good Luck!<\/p>\n
