First Thoughts on ICWorking.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We just began a \u201cSilver\u201d listing for the\u00a0ICWorking<\/a>\u00a0investment program.\u00a0 This is a very interesting program that has already been online for over a half year.\u00a0 I note that the program is interesting because of the company that is behind it. \u00a0They claim to generate their revenue by renting office space to multiple, possibly very different companies\/businesses, but all under the same roof.\u00a0 This is a concept that I haven\u2019t heard of before.\u00a0 So, it looks like I could rent a few rooms for an engineering office with another company might utilize a few more rooms next to mine for a fashion design studio.\u00a0 Perhaps we and even additional enterprises might share such common areas as a conference room and maybe even a small kitchen area complete with coffee maker.\u00a0 The possibilities, of course, are endless.\u00a0 It\u2019s a brilliant concept.<\/p>\n

Its main activity is developing of the commercial property projects. There was a great market uptake for the property in major China cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and others, from the middle of 2015, that lead to the increased rental premises prices. For these four years, since 2011th to 2015th the company received great work experience in the field of property and it was decided to develop in such a direction as co-working (common space, which is divided in a certain amount of work places), which was popular at that moment on the West and remained unknown on the East.<\/p>\n

In fact, co-working means highly equipped and up-to-date office, where representatives of different companies and professions are working all together. Work places in such centers are highly demanded among freelancers, self-employed individuals and workers of any small companies: co-working centers provide all the required facilities of a usual office, but are much cheaper. Not even mentioning the fact, that one may rent a work space (chair and table) as well as use printer, Wi-Fi and coffee machine during several hours. One of the most important advantages of using co-working offices in China is that new business owners may register their companies in care of the address of such an office. Chief company also provides its tenants with the services of lawyers, accountants and secretaries.<\/p>\n

In certain moment the investors\u2019 attention was attracted by the increased popularity of the co-workings.<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s no wonder as there are quite a lot of perspectives in this economic sector: according to the statistical data, each year the amount of co-workings in the world increases twice! ICWorking company is aimed on the fast development and taking one of the leading positions in China in organizing co-working centers. Open new offices, improve service offered to tenants, thus achieving constant demand for work places in their co-working centers. It required attracting investors to cooperate on the conditions suitable for both parties. It worth mentioning, that attracting investments allows the owners of co-working centers to receive capital for further development.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

For the investor,\u00a0ICWorking <\/a>offers five different investment plans.\u00a0 They form a very logical set of plans that are very easy to understand.\u00a0 Specifically, the plans are 30, 60, 90, 120, and 150 CALENDAR days\u2019 long (1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 months\u2019 long) and they pay 0.8%, 0.9%, 1.0%, 1.1%, and 1.2% interest per BUSINESS day, respectively.\u00a0 So, you can see that there might be some confusion between calendar days and business days.\u00a0 However, if you are aware of this possible pitfall, it is very easy to take care of it.\u00a0 All of the plans return your investment at their conclusion.\u00a0 So, this tells you that, assuming a plan survives until its conclusion, the interest that it pays you will be your net profit.\u00a0 One final point is that the minimum investment for all the plans is only $10.\u00a0 So, all are equally affordable to the online investor.\u00a0 You can see that the higher interest plans are the ones with the longer terms.\u00a0 So, this is the balance between profitability and risk — that always occurs in the HYIP industry.<\/p>\n

Although the five investment plans are very clearly laid out for the potential investor, there are still a number of details we should take a close look at before we reach any conclusions — pro or con — about the ICWorking <\/a>investment program.\u00a0 This is what we\u2019ll do when we review the program.\u00a0 We should get to that in the next few days.\u00a0 Please stand by\u2026<\/p>\n
