The Bittera Investment Plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We recently published a \u201cFirst Thoughts\u201d article about Bittera<\/a>.\u00a0 In it we summarized the company\u2019s investment plans in the following way:<\/p>\n

Bittera<\/a>\u2019s niche is trading on both the forex and crypto currency markets.\u00a0 They claim to have a team of \u201cproficient professionals\u201d who are knowledgeable about those markets and who are responsible for the generation of the funds that are used to pay returns to their online investors.\u00a0 For these investors, Biterra <\/a>offers three investment opportunities.\u00a0 They all pay interest on a daily basis and return a person\u2019s investment as part of his earnings (the best type of online investment plan!).\u00a0 Daily interest rates vary from 3.5% for their 40-day plan to 7.5% for their 20-day plan.\u00a0 Minimum investments required to take advantage of all the plans are within the range that all serious investors should be able to take advantage of.\u00a0 A quick calculation tells me that net profits from the investment plans are satisfactory.\u00a0 For the 3.5% plan, they are modest (by HYIP standards) and, for the 7.5% plan, they are quite lucrative (but not out of sight!).\u00a0 We\u2019ll put numbers on all this when we review the Bittera<\/a> investment program within the next day or two.\u00a0 Please stand by…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Analysis of the Bittera Investment Plans.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s begin our analysis of the Bittera <\/a>investment plans by determining how long it takes each of them to break even.\u00a0 This is easy to do as all you have to do is divide 100% by the gross daily interest that a plan pays.\u00a0 For Plan #1, you divide 100% by 3.5% to get that the plan breaks even in around 29 days.\u00a0 Doing the same arithmetic for the other two plans, you get the following:<\/p>\n

Next, let\u2019s determine the average daily profit (net interest) that you earn from each of the investment plans.\u00a0 It’s always important to distinguish between gross and net profit.\u00a0 Gross profit (or interest) includes your investment that is being returned to you.\u00a0 Net profit (or interest) is what you earn in addition to your investment; it’s sometimes referred to as \u201cpure\u201d profit.\u00a0 When we talk about AVERAGE daily profit (net interest) we are referring to the total net profit that you receive from an investment plan averaged out over the length of the plan.\u00a0 Mathematically, this is the total net interest divided by the number of days in the plan.\u00a0 The result, daily net interest, is what we in EmilyNews<\/em> refer to as DNI.\u00a0 This is a very important quantity as it is obvious that as an investment plan progresses, you are making ZERO profit until you break even.\u00a0 After that, you are making PURE profit.\u00a0 DNI averages this pure profit out over the length of the investment plan.\u00a0 It should be clear that DNI is a neat way of looking at the profitability (and risk) of an investment plan.<\/p>\n

OK, let\u2019s begin by looking at Plan #1.\u00a0 The total gross interest that you will earn from this plan will equal the daily gross interest of 3.5% times the 40-day length of the plan.\u00a0 The result is 140%.\u00a0 As we discussed above, this gross return includes your investment.\u00a0 So, you must subtract 100% from this to get your total net interest which, in this case, will be 40%.\u00a0 Finally, we get the DNI for the plan by dividing this by the 40-day length of the plan.\u00a0 The result is exactly 1%.\u00a0 Doing the same thing for the other two plans, you get the following:<\/p>\n
