The True-Chain Investment Plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In our recent \u201cFirst Thoughts\u201d article about True-Chain<\/a> (that you can read here<\/a>), we summarized their six investment plans in the following way.\u00a0 This will serve as a good introduction to them.<\/p>\n

Briefly stated, there are six investment plans.\u00a0 Three of them pay interest on a daily basis and your earnings continue forever; one of them pays both your earnings and returns your investment at the end of the plan; one of them pays interest daily and returns your investment at the end of the plan; and the last pays both your earnings and returns your investment on a daily basis.\u00a0 It is quite a diverse offering on investment plans.\u00a0 There is truly something for everyone!\u00a0 A unique feature of this array of six investment plans is that the minimum investment for four of them is less than $100.\u00a0 This is unusual in the HYIP business\u2026<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Now let\u2019s look at the plans in more detail\u2026<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

First, here is the information on the three \u201cperpetual\u201d investment plans.\u00a0 Remember, in the HYIP business, we call investment plans that propose to pay you interest returns on your investment forever as \u201cperpetual\u201d investment plans.<\/p>\n

Plan #1
\n1.70% daily on calendar days
\n$1 – $999<\/p>\n

Plan #2
\n2.42% daily on calendar days
\n$1,000 – $9,999<\/p>\n

Plan #3
\n3.14% daily on calendar days
\n$10,000 – $100,000<\/p>\n

If you compare this information with what is given in the website, you can see that it is SO much simpler.\u00a0 It is always a good idea to describe things in the most concise way possible as it is easier for the first-time reader to understand.<\/p>\n

Next comes the investment plan that pays both your earnings and returns your investment at the conclusion of the plan. \u00a0It can be summarized in the following way:<\/p>\n

Plan #4
\n175% after 15 working days
\n$5 – $1,999<\/p>\n

Next is the plan that pays you a daily interest and also returns your investment at the conclusion of the plan:<\/p>\n

Plan #5
\n3.5% daily for 20 working days
\nInvestment returned at conclusion of plan
\n$30 – $149<\/p>\n

Finally, there is the plan that returns your investment as part of your daily earnings:<\/p>\n

Plan #6
\n6% daily for 25 working days
\nInvestment returned as part of earnings
\n$20 -$49<\/p>\n

Analysis of the True-Chain Investment Plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will have a bit of work to do in this section.\u00a0 \u201cPerpetual\u201d investment plans are a bit difficult to understand since we don\u2019t know the term of the plan (we don\u2019t know how long the program will last although, of course, we hope this will be for a long long time).\u00a0 Next, three of the plans use calendar days while the other three use working days (I verified this with True-Chain<\/a> support).\u00a0 This is an added complication.<\/p>\n

Typically, when we analyze investment plans, we determine how long it will take them to break even and also what the average daily net interest (DNI) or profit is that we can learn from them.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s begin with a determination of breakeven points; that\u2019s the easy part\u2026<\/p>\n

For Plan #1, the first of the \u201cperpetual\u201d investment plans, you determine the breakeven point by simply dividing 100% by the daily gross interest of 1.7% that you receive from the plan to get around 59 days — two months.\u00a0 Remember, these are calendar days.\u00a0 If you do the same arithmetic for the other two perpetual plans, you will get the following results:<\/p>\n

Plan #1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 59 days
\nPlan #2\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 42 days
\nPlan #3\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 32 days<\/p>\n

For Plan #4, since you don\u2019t receive any return at all until the end of the plan, that\u2019s when you break even — after 15 working days.\u00a0 Just so that we are consistent, let\u2019s convert that to calendar days.\u00a0 Since there are roughly 22 working days in a 30 calendar day month, we multiply the number of working days by 30\/22 to convert it to calendar days.\u00a0 In that case, 15 calendar days converts to around 21 calendar days (15 x 30\/22).<\/p>\n

For Plan #5, you are receiving 3.5% for 20 working days.\u00a0 By the end of that period, 70% (3.5 x 20) of your investment will have been returned to you, but you will not have broken even.\u00a0 So, like Plan #4, you break even when the plan ends — in this case, after 20 working days.\u00a0 Multiplying this by 30\/22, this converts to a breakeven point of around 28 days.<\/p>\n

Finally, in Plan #6, you are receiving 6% per working day.\u00a0 Dividing 100% by 6%, you find that the 25 working day plan breaks even in around 17 working days or, making the same conversion as above, in around 23 calendar days.<\/p>\n
