RichmondBerks<\/a> makes their money by purchasing real estate at public auctions and then later reselling it at the secondary market at a profit, often a significant one.\u00a0 The company increases its revenue available for the purchase of real estate by means of its internet investment plan.\u00a0 This, of course, is what online investors want to know more about.<\/p>\n

At first glance, the RichmondBerks <\/a>website is overwhelming.\u00a0 There are many sophisticated bells and whistles leading to bonus systems and other incentives.\u00a0 I will try to cover at least some of them later.\u00a0 Fortunately, the investment plan is simple — very traditional — and I will cover that first.\u00a0 Like some of the plans offered by a number of other HYIPs in recent months, the RichmondBerks <\/a>investment plan is what can be referred to as a \u201cperpetual\u201d plan.\u00a0 This means that you make a deposit (investment) and it continues to earn interest for you for the life of the program.\u00a0 This might put off a few investors.\u00a0 However, think about it.\u00a0 Sooner or later 99% of all HYIPs will stop paying.\u00a0 In all those cases, the plan investors were following actually turned into a \u201cperpetual\u201d plan as it continued to function until the program shut its doors.\u00a0 So, why not get involved with a perpetual plan from the beginning?<\/p>\n

Although this is a \u201cperpetual\u201d investment plan, it IS possible to opt out of it.\u00a0 However, there is a fee of 50% of your investment in order to make this happen.\u00a0 This is a very serious penalty and I don\u2019t think a person would want to do this unless he is faced with an extreme personal emergency of some sort or other.\u00a0 This emphasizes the importance of our standing advice to investors which is to never invest more than you can afford to lose.\u00a0 In this case, never invest funds that you might possibly need in the foreseeable future.<\/p>\n

To participate in the RichmondBerks <\/a>investment plan, you need an investment of at least $10.\u00a0 The maximum is unlimited.\u00a0 On weekdays, the plan pays 1.6%.\u00a0 On weekends it pays 0.7%.\u00a0 This is sensible as company revenues must decrease (stop?) radically on weekends.\u00a0 If you add all these returns together, this comes to 9.4% per week — which isn\u2019t bad at all for a perpetual program.\u00a0 That\u2019s close to 10% per week and that should tell you that you will break even in around 10 weeks.\u00a0 As an example, suppose that you invest $100 in the RichmondBerks <\/a>plan.\u00a0 It would earn $9.40 per week for you.\u00a0 Hence, you would break even in 10.6 (100\/9.4) weeks.\u00a0 So, as we estimated, in a little over 10 weeks you will break even.<\/p>\n

There are a number of unusual features to using this program.\u00a0 A lot of them revolve around the fact that they have their own currency called the RichmondBerks <\/a>Dollar, RBD.\u00a0 It is equivalent to the US dollar, so I guess there really isn\u2019t a need for it.\u00a0 However, it keeps the reading interesting, if nothing else.\u00a0 To make a deposit, you click on the \u201cBuy RBD\u201d button, enter the amount you would like to invest, and choose the payment processor you would like to use.\u00a0 After that, things are pretty much the same as everywhere else.\u00a0 When you would like to withdraw, you click on the \u201cSell RBD\u201d button.\u00a0 Payments are very fast.\u00a0 The selection of payment processors that you can use is very good and includes Bitcoin, Perfect Money, Payeer, and AdvCash.<\/p>\n

For those of you interested in additional income, RichmondBerks <\/a>has a fairly lucrative affiliate program.\u00a0 The \u201cbase\u201d program is good.\u00a0 However, on top of that are a number of commissions and\/or bonuses that make it even better.\u00a0 Let me go over the base program — which is very simple — and then take a shot at discussing some of the more sophisticated ways a person can earn additional income. \u00a0With the base program you will earn \u201c10% profit from each deposit of your partners who signed up using your partnership link. And 5% profit from each deposit of your second-level partners.\u201d\u00a0 Very straight forward.<\/p>\n

On top of the Base program is what RichmondBerks <\/a>refers to as its VIP program.\u00a0 You automatically join this program if you invest a minimum of $1,000.\u00a0 One benefit is \u201ca personal manager who is available 24\/7 and is always ready to reply instantly and help the client with any question.\u201d\u00a0 However, for many VIP depositors, the most important benefit is that \u201cyou will get a 5% higher profit from the partners of 1st level,\u201d a full 15%.\u00a0 This is very high for the HYIP industry.<\/p>\n

The website has a series of additional bonuses, referred to as the RichmondBerks <\/a>Bonuses (RBB).\u00a0 The simplest additional bonus is for signing up a new partner.\u00a0 This instantly gets both you and the person you signed up a $10 bonus.\u00a0 Then, there is a whole series of additional bonuses that can come to a total of $110.\u00a0 These are for such things as preparing a video on the program and posting it on the website or sharing on Facebook or other social media. \u00a0There is information on all this on the RBB page.\u00a0 Another neat feature of the website is the RBB Store.\u00a0 Among other things, there you \u201ccan purchase access to the 3rd level partners and make profit from them.\u201d\u00a0 You receive 3% of each investment on this level.<\/p>\n

RichmondBerks <\/a>has a very nice selection of contact options.\u00a0 There is, of course, an email address.\u00a0 It looks like there is also a chat function, but you might have to catch it when the operator is standing by.\u00a0 Surprisingly, there is a US phone number that you can call as well as street addresses in six different cities throughout the world — and investors are invited to drop by.\u00a0 This is extremely unusual.\u00a0 Typically, a HYIP will give a street address, but there is always serious doubt if it is anything more than a place for the program to receive mail.<\/p>\n

Bewildering at first, the RichmondBerks <\/a>investment program has a number of unique and attractive features.\u00a0 Don\u2019t try to digest it all at once.\u00a0 Take your time.\u00a0 A lot of effort was put into developing this program and this is a very good indication that their intent is to be around for a long time.\u00a0 So, think seriously about this one and possibly make it a part of your investment portfolio.\u00a0 As always, our advice is to diversify your portfolio and never invest more than you can afford to lose.\u00a0 Good Luck!<\/p>\n
