Since the bear market began, it has been sharply bearish \u2014\u00a0just as in the early stages of the previous bear market four years ago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst time in this bear market that the Bull Score Index enters neutral zone (50),\u201d CryptoQuant contributor Julio Moreno noted in an X post on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2026-04\/019db45b-b4b8-728d-a078-da3982e079df.png\" data-ct-img-zoomable=\"\" \/><figcaption><em>Bitcoin Bull Score Index.
