Bitfinex analysts tell Cointelegraph that Bitcoin could surge next month if US job data turns out to be weaker than expected.<\/p>\n

Bitcoin may surge to new all-time highs above $115,000 next month if institutional buying continues and US job data is \u201cweaker-than-expected,\u201d say analysts.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn a bullish scenario, driven by strong institutional interest and ETF inflows, Bitcoin could touch $115,000 or higher by early July,\u201d Bitfinex analysts told Cointelegraph.<\/p>\n

Bitcoin pullback of \u201csome concern,\u201d but sentiment still high<\/h2>\n

US spot Bitcoin ETFs had a strong May, posting around $5.24 billion in inflows,\u00a0according\u00a0to Farside data.<\/p>\n

Bitcoin had surged over the month to a peak of\u00a0$111,970 on May 22\u00a0but has since pulled back to $104,823 at the time of publication,\u00a0according\u00a0to CoinMarketCap.<\/p>\n

Bitfinex analysts said although the pullback \u201chas caused some concern, investors still feel optimistic.\u201d<\/p>\n

Market sentiment is holding strong, too, with the sentiment-tracking Crypto Fear and Greed\u00a0Index\u00a0reading a \u201cGreed\u201d score of 57 out of 100.<\/p>\n

The US Bureau of Labor Statistics is set to release a monthly US jobs report on June 6.<\/p>\n

The US jobs data is an important indicator for Bitcoin as it has an impact on the Federal Reserve\u2019s interest rate decision, which in turn influences sentiment toward Bitcoin and other risk assets.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cA stronger-than-expected report might delay rate cuts, strengthening the dollar and possibly exerting downward pressure on Bitcoin,\u201d Bitfinex analysts said.<\/p>\n

However, they added that a \u201csofter-than-expected\u201d report could reinforce the \u201cdisinflation narrative\u201d and encourage the Federal Reserve to consider reducing interest rates sooner, which would be bullish for Bitcoin.<\/p>\n

Strong job report may lead to $102K Bitcoin price<\/h2>\n

\u201cIf the jobs report indicates a stronger labor market, Bitcoin might test support levels around $102,000 or lower,\u201d the analysts said.<\/p>\n

\u201cOverall, the report\u2019s outcome will be pivotal for lower timeframe traders but will only be a smaller piece of a larger puzzle in the larger scheme of things.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Bitfinex suggested in its bearish outlook that Bitcoin could dip below the key psychological level of $100,000 to a range of between $95,000 to $97,000, where it could \u201csee some good accumulation.\u201d<\/p>\n

The last time Bitcoin traded near the $97,000 range was May 7.<\/p>\n

June was the month that several crypto analysts had earlier predicted Bitcoin would reach new all-time highs, prior to its climb to $111,970 in May.<\/p>\n

On March 28, Real Vision chief crypto analyst\u00a0Jamie Coutts told Cointelegraph\u00a0that the market \u201cmay be underestimating how quickly Bitcoin could surge and could potentially hit an all-time high before the end of the second quarter.<\/p>\n
