This is \u00a0SCAM project already! Do not invest there anymore!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well, this is an amazing company.\u00a0 I never realized that this type of thing existed on a scale where it can be advertised and talked about.\u00a0 What is this thing that Strange Event<\/a> is involved with?\u00a0 Believe it or not, they are involved with the rigging of sporting events such that the winner is known in advance.\u00a0 They claim to have \u201cinformants and organizers involved in the work of both clubs, as well as with individual players and even referees\u201d that make all this possible.\u00a0 So, they work with crooked coaches, referees, and even individual players in order to fix the outcome of certain games that they will bet on.\u00a0 They call these \u201cTreaty\u201d games, I guess because there is an agreement beforehand — a treaty — as to who will win and who will lose.\u00a0 Of course, all of this must be done in secret or jobs will be lost, players will be kicked off teams, and perhaps some individuals will wind up in jail.\u00a0 However, the Strange Event<\/a> website assures us that this is unlikely because \u201cCorruption in sport and the lack of quality broadcasting are the main factors which give us the opportunity to carry out \u2018special games\u2019. In most cases, the fact that \u2018Treaty Games\u2019 in such cases is not possible to prove.\u201d \u00a0So, folks like those involved with Strange Event are able to get away with this.<\/p>\n

It isn\u2019t clear from the website what investors\u2019 money will be used for.\u00a0 My guess is that Strange Event <\/a>spends most of its money bribing coaches and referees — not to mention the players.\u00a0 I suppose that they also lose a bet now and then just to make themselves look legitimate.\u00a0 That must cost a few bucks too.\u00a0 So, investors, this is where your money will go.<\/p>\n

Assuming that I have all this right, investors should think long and hard about supporting a company that is involved with corrupting athletic competition.\u00a0 It is bad enough to pay off corrupt coaches and referees.\u00a0 However, it is far worse to try to tempt athletes — I suspect that these would be the better ones — into purposely making mistakes on the field or not doing their best while competing.\u00a0 Perhaps some of the readers of Emily News<\/em> might be involved with athletics or have children who are involved with athletics.\u00a0 I am sure that you will agree with me that this is one of the lowest ways in which a person can make money from sports.<\/p>\n

I have never said this before when making a review.\u00a0 But, in this case, I truly hope that this is all a fiction (usually we hope that a HYIP is for real!).\u00a0 I hate to think of such a business purposely preying on coaches and officials and trying to corrupt athletes.<\/p>\n

But, what about the company— Strange Event<\/a>?\u00a0 Well, they claim to be incorporated in England, have an address there, etc.\u00a0 On their website they post the typical incorporation document.\u00a0 However, also typically, there is only one shareholder in the corporation who purchased one share for 1 GBP.\u00a0 Furthermore, the articles of incorporation (which are unsigned by the shareholder and which do not give the names of the initial board of directors) are \u201cboiler plate;\u201d they could refer to any corporation.\u00a0 Of course, much of what is said in them is nonsense.\u00a0 For example, why talk about shareholders\u2019 meetings if there is only one shareholder, etc?\u00a0 Finally, the writer of the narrative for the website is obviously not a native English speaker.\u00a0 Can\u2019t the folks at Strange Event <\/a>find a translator in England where they supposedly are located?\u00a0 (Please see the Emily News<\/em> article dealing with this by clicking here<\/a>.)\u00a0 You be the judge if all this is for real or not.<\/p>\n

But, on to the investment plans offered by Strange Event<\/a> — in case you are still interested in trying your luck with them.\u00a0 There are four of them and they have names corresponding to the geographic areas in which your money will supposedly be \u201cinvested.\u201d\u00a0 Here they are in summary form:<\/p>\n

Eastern Europe
\n$10 – $399
\n1.4% per day for 15 days
\nNet profit is 21%<\/p>\n

Turkey
\n$400 – $999
\n1.8% per day for 30 days
\nNet profit is 54%<\/p>\n

Italy
\n$1,000 – $7,499
\n2.2% per day for 60 days
\nNet profit is 132%<\/p>\n

UK
\n$7,500 – $20,000
\n2.6% per day for 90 days
\nNet profit is 234%<\/p>\n

In all cases, your principal is returned at the end of the investment period.\u00a0 So, as stated, the profits are, indeed, \u201cnet\u201d or \u201ctrue.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since the net profit for the first two shorter plans is less than 100%, you will not break even (and make a net profit) until the end of the investment period.\u00a0 As an example, suppose you invest $100 in the first plan — the \u201cEastern Europe\u201d plan.\u00a0 Every day you would receive 1.4% of this or $1.40.\u00a0 By the end of the 15 day term of the investment, you would receive 15 times this, or $21.\u00a0 So, you would be losing money until your principal is finally returned.\u00a0 A 15 day nail-biting period.\u00a0 The second plan works the same way except that you would receive 54% of your investment back during the longer 30 day nail-biting period.\u00a0 But, you would not be in profit till your investment is returned at the end of the 30 day period.<\/p>\n

The last two plans work the same way except that you will break even before the term of the investment is up.\u00a0 As an example, suppose that you invest $1,000 in the third plan — the \u201cItaly\u201d plan.\u00a0 Every day you would receive 2.2% of this or $22, the total coming to $1,320 by the end of the 60 days period.\u00a0 This is your net profit.\u00a0 In addition, at the end of the 60 day period, your investment of $1,000 would be returned to you.\u00a0 Since you net profit is greater than your investment, you will break even before the 60 days is up.\u00a0 This would happen in 46 (1,000\/22) days.\u00a0 This time period is, of course, the same no matter what your investment is.\u00a0 So, for this plan, the nail-biting lasts for around a month and a half.<\/p>\n

You can alsosupplement income from your investment by taking advantage of the Strange Event <\/a>affiliate program.\u00a0 It pays you the following percentages of investments made by people in the first three levels in your downline:<\/p>\n

6% of investments of your 1st level partners
\n2% of investment of your 2nd level partners
\n1% of investment of your 3rd level partners<\/p>\n

You do not have to make an investment yourself in order to take advantage of the Strange Event <\/a>affiliate program.<\/p>\n

Strange Event<\/a> supports the use of the following payment processors: Perfect Money, Advcash, Payeer, and Bitcoin.<\/p>\n

The company states that deposits are credited to a person\u2019s account within 24 hours.\u00a0 This sounds very slow and I suspect that they usually do better than this.\u00a0 Perhaps they are trying to play it safe, if for some reason a delay is necessary.\u00a0 Processing time for withdrawals isn\u2019t clear.\u00a0 On one hand it is stated that they are instant.\u00a0 On the other it is stated that \u201cOtherwise handling of requests can take up to 36 hours.\u201d\u00a0 Again, I suspect they are trying to cover themselves in case a situation arises where they need more time.<\/p>\n

Support from Strange Event<\/a> looks like it might be pretty good.\u00a0 There is an email address, the standard request form, a telephone number, and live chat.\u00a0 Usually I test the chat function but, while I am writing this, their chat person is offline (which is understandable if they only operate during the British workday).<\/p>\n

Well, that\u2019s about it for Strange Event<\/a>.\u00a0 Although I am opposed to the way this program supposedly generates its funds, it might still be attractive to you as a place to invest.\u00a0 Strange Event<\/a> offers investment plans that could probably be classed as \u201cmedium term.\u201d\u00a0 If this is what you are looking for, you might want to add the program to your investment portfolio.\u00a0 As usual, our advice is to diversify your investments and never invest more than you can afford to lose.\u00a0 Good Luck!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
