Another Amazing WLS Project!<\/strong><\/p>\n

WestLand Storage<\/a> (reviewed here<\/a>) is full of big surprises.\u00a0 In our recent News Commentary #548<\/em><\/a>, we referred to the WLS<\/a> \u201cRoad Map\u201d that you can navigate to by means of a link on the bottom of their home page.\u00a0 The Road Map describes a tropical island somewhere in the Caribbean that is owned by WLS<\/a> and that will be the site or a forthcoming conference.\u00a0 Well, WLS <\/a>has again highlighted something in this Road Map called the WLS <\/a>\u201cCity System.\u201d\u00a0 This is another rather grandiose\u00a0WLS <\/a>project that calls for \u201cthe recovery of illiquid real estate and the eventual sale and rent of those properties to small and middle-sized businesses. WLS<\/a> provides the office space and our own software.\u201d\u00a0 Apparently, this endeavor will take place is the US, Australia, and in Hong Kong.\u00a0 As I see it, this is quite an undertaking that could take years to complete — even in one of those countries.\u00a0 Surprisingly,\u00a0\u00a0WLS<\/a> claims that project development will be finished by the end of the first quarter of 2019.\u00a0 No indication is given as to exactly what \u201cproject development\u201d entails.\u00a0 It will be interesting to see how all this works out\u2026<\/p>\n

Thus, we set ourselves the goal of returning illiquid real estate to market, thus solving one of its most important problems. Realization of this goal is possible due to DiceLand technology and additional algorithms developed specially for this project.<\/p>\n

The properties will be serviced by our company, and we will also provide to tenants opportunity about using DiceLand technology for online-oriented facilities with the technical support of our specialists. After all, DiceLand technology is applicable not only in real estate, but can be modernized for almost any kind of activity.<\/p>\n

And thanks to the provision of ready-made infrastructure and software, any facilities have the opportunity to avoid financial costs and expenses.<\/p>\n

Work on the project has already begun and the first stage is completed! We have already established subsidiaries in the USA, Hong Kong and Australia, and have begun to build the necessary infrastructure. And in the 1st quarter of 2019 the project development will be completed!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
