Six HYIP Rules.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the past month or so, four or five new programs were added to the EmilyNews<\/em> monitor.\u00a0 A number of these programs were added on the very first day that they went online.\u00a0 This made me think back to the article in HYIP Insights #21<\/em><\/a> that was entitled “A Safe Investment Guide.\u201d\u00a0 In this article we began by listing six \u201cRules\u201d that we feel an HYIP investor should follow in order to succeed in online investing.\u00a0 Here they are:<\/p>\n

1. We will assume that ALL HYIPs will close.\u00a0 This is the case 99% of the time.\u00a0 So, we must not hold out the hope of long-term survival when experience tells us otherwise.\u00a0 Furthermore, we will assume that most will close WITHIN A FEW MONTHS.\u00a0 This, also, is the unfortunate lesson of experience.<\/p>\n

2. We will only invest in programs within ONE WEEK of their opening date online.\u00a0 This helps guard against the typical early closure associated with most HYIPs.\u00a0 The clock is ticking the minute a program begins.\u00a0 So, it is very important to keep in touch with monitors such as\u00a0EmilyNews\u00a0<\/em>and only invest in programs shortly after they get up and running.<\/p>\n

3. We will only invest in an investment plan ONE TIME.\u00a0 No reinvesting or compounding.\u00a0 This decreases the risk associated with early closing.<\/p>\n

4. We will NOT invest in programs offering investment plans that have daily net interests (DNIs) greater than 2%.\u00a0 See\u00a0HYIP Insights #12\u00a0<\/a><\/em>for a detailed discussion of this.\u00a0 An exception to this rule might be when a program offers an investment plan where the minimum investment required for this higher interest plan is so high that probably no one will use it.<\/p>\n

5. We will only invest in HYIPs that return your interest as part of your earnings.\u00a0 In this manner, you will begin to recover your investment IMMEDIATELY after investing.\u00a0 You can never lose ALL of your investment.\u00a0 This is extremely important.\u00a0 We discussed it in detail in\u00a0HYIP Insights #18<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

6. We will only invest in programs that break even in LESS THAN one month.\u00a0 This minimizes the time your investment is at risk.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

We admit that these \u201cRules\u201d are very stringent; they will probably eliminate half of the investment programs that are online at any given time!\u00a0 However, we emphasized that the idea is to play it very safe and to win more than you lose.\u00a0 That\u2019s the way to come out ahead in the HYIP \u201cGame<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Today, I\u2019d like to remind you to keep Rule #2 in mind, which suggests that you only invest in a program during the first week or so that it is online.\u00a0 Or close to it.\u00a0 This is the Rule that I immediately thought of as we listed a number of new programs on the EmilyNews<\/em> Monitor a while back, especially when a number of these programs listed with us the minute they went online.<\/p>\n

In this situation, when you notice a program that is brand new, I would recommend that you consider investing in it very seriously; this situation doesn\u2019t happen very often.\u00a0 And, the sooner you invest, the better.\u00a0 So, ACT FAST!\u00a0 However, do NOT invest in a program simply because it is new.\u00a0 Also, take a look at how the program stacks up against the other five Rules on our list.\u00a0 If you see a red flag, maybe you should forget about it!<\/p>\n
