Discussion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before reading Part 2 of this review, it might be useful to reread Part 1<\/a>.\u00a0 That will make what I say here a lot clearer.<\/p>\n

OK, perhaps the most important thing we said in Part 1<\/a> is the following statement:<\/p>\n

“You ALWAYS start out in Plan A, but you can switch to plan B (reinvest) at any thine thereafter — before nine weeks have gone by.\u00a0 As soon as you make this change, the total length of the investment plan decreases from 27 weeks to 18 weeks and, after the 18 weeks are up, your deposit becomes inactive.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

So, this is a very unusual investment plan.\u00a0 In fact, I have never seen anything like it.\u00a0 When I talked to the GoEx<\/a> chat agent about the plan, it took quite a while for me to understand how everything worked.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Well, is this is a good investment plan or not?\u00a0 In Part 1<\/a> of the review, we found out that the DNI for Plan A is 0.27% and for Plan B it is 0.58%.\u00a0 For Plan B, this is for the case when you are getting the higher interest of 1.37% for the full 18 weeks.\u00a0 For cases where you get it for fewer weeks, the DNI will be less.\u00a0 So, 0.58% is the highest value for DNI that you can earn from GoEx<\/a>.\u00a0 An average daily profit of 0.27% comes out to a little bit less than 2% per week while an average daily profit of 0.58% comes to almost exactly 4% per week.\u00a0 As far as profitability is concerned, in the HYIP world 2% per week is quite low.\u00a0 Four percent is a little bit low but will probably be acceptable to the conservative investor.\u00a0 But, these low DNIs could be very good for the long-term survivability of the overall program as they do not impose a severe obligation on it to pay high interest returns.<\/p>\n

There IS a serious downside to the low interest returns.\u00a0 This is the long time to break even.\u00a0 In both Plans A and B it is around 125 days — over four months.\u00a0 In spite of the fact that the low returns improve the chances for long term survivability of the program, four months is still a very long time in the HYIP world.\u00a0 Very few programs survive that long.\u00a0 In fact, Plan B is especially risky because the investor will not see a penny of his interest earnings until the plan ends.\u00a0 Four months of nail-biting.\u00a0 At least in Plan A, you are recovering your interest on a daily basis.\u00a0 So, if the program should close prematurely, it is not a total loss for you.\u00a0 In HYIP Insights #21<\/em><\/a>, we discussed the desirable features that you should look for in an HYIP.\u00a0 Among them were breaking even in less than a month as well as payment of earnings on a daily basis (rather than holding them till the end of an investment plan).\u00a0 Plan B scores low on both these criteria.<\/p>\n

In a way, this investment plan has been put together in a very clever way.\u00a0 It presents the investor with a difficult choice.\u00a0 You can leave your investment with Plan A and receive a low return that is paid to you on a daily basis or you can opt into Plan B and receive a higher return, but you won\u2019t see any of this return until the plan ends.\u00a0 It is another version of the classical HYIP dilemma.\u00a0 Higher earnings come with higher risk.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that in programs such as this, where you must rely on the program to survive five or six months (ideally even longer) in order to make a significant profit, the \u201clegend\u201d that a company tells about how it generates its funds becomes more important.\u00a0 With that thought in mind, you may want to review what we said about the company in our \u201cFirst Thoughts<\/a>\u201d article.<\/p>\n

Conclusions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

GoEx<\/a> offers a single low interest investment plan that provides earnings on a daily basis.\u00a0 You can switch to a higher interest version of the plan but then your earnings are held until the plan ends.\u00a0 Even the higher interest version of the plan has an interest rate that is quite modest.\u00a0 However, this might improve the chances for survivability of the program in the long term.<\/p>\n
