AltronFx <\/a>just announced that it has revised its investment plans.\u00a0 Our program reviews usually focus on the profitability and sustainability of a program’s investment plans and the revisions to the AltronFx <\/a>program will influence both of these factors.\u00a0\u00a0So, the main thrust of this article will be to\u00a0 compare the new investment plans with the original ones from the point of view of profitability and sustainability.\u00a0 \u00a0Hence, we are calling this article a SECOND REVIEW of the program.<\/p>\n

Here is what the old and new versions of the AltronFx <\/a>investment plans look like:<\/p>\n

Old Plans<\/u><\/p>\n

Basic Plan
\n0.2% for 725 hours
\n$20 \u2013 $50,000
\nTotal return.\u00a0 145%
\nNet return.\u00a0 45%<\/p>\n

Premium Plan
\n0.3% for 420 hours
\n$300 \u2013 $100,000
\nTotal return.\u00a0 126%
\nNet return.\u00a0 26%<\/p>\n

New Plans<\/u><\/p>\n

Basic Plan
\n0.2% Hourly for 750 Hours
\n$20 \u2013 $50,000
\nTotal return. 150%
\nNet Return.\u00a0 50%<\/p>\n

Premium Plan
\n0.3% Hourly for 450 Hours
\nTotal Return.\u00a0 135%
\nNet return.\u00a0 35%<\/p>\n

After you look at the old and new investment plans for a few minutes, you will realize that all that has been changed is the LENGTH of the plans.\u00a0 The length of the Basic Plan has been increased from 725 hours to 750 hours and the length of the Premium Plan has been increased from 420 to 450 hours.\u00a0 In round numbers, you could say that the length of each plan has been increased by roughly ONE DAY.\u00a0 This is extremely significant because both plans break even before they end and this change adds a day or so of PURE PROFIT to each of them.\u00a0 So, the changes in the investment plans will cause them to be MORE profitable.\u00a0 How much more profitable?\u00a0 This is where DNI — the daily net interest rate — of each program comes into play.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

A very unusual thing about the original AltronFx <\/a>investment plans was that BOTH of them had the same DNI.\u00a0 So, as far as profitability is concerned, neither had an advantage.\u00a0 This value of DNI was 1.49%, right at the \u201csweet spot\u201d where earnings are satisfactory for the investor but not so high that the program might have difficulty paying them in the long term.\u00a0 Now, let\u2019s determine the DNIs for the new versions of the plans and see how they compare.<\/p>\n

The Basic Plan now runs for 750 hours.\u00a0 Dividing this by 24 hours per day, this converts to 31.25 days.\u00a0 If you take the total net interest of 50% for the Basic Plan and divide it by 31.25 days, you get a daily net interest (DNI) of 1.60%.\u00a0 For the Premium Plan, the same arithmetic will give you a DNI of 1.87%.\u00a0 So, as we already predicted, both of the new AltronFx <\/a>investment plans are more profitable than the original plans.\u00a0 Furthermore, unlike the original plans, the DNIs are not the same with the new Premium Plan being more profitable than the new Basic Plan.\u00a0 This is certainly an improvement.\u00a0 I actually suspect that the folks at AltronFx <\/a>weren\u2019t initially aware that the two original plans had the same DNI.\u00a0 Now, with different values for DNI, we truly have different investment plans to think about.<\/p>\n

OK, with this information, let\u2019s go back to our recommendation from HYIP Insights #12 where we suggest that programs having investment plans with DNI\u2019s less than 1% have a high probability of long term survival while programs with plans having DNIs greater than 2% probably do not.\u00a0 Programs, such as AltronFx, with plans having DNIs between 1% and 2%, might be in the \u201csweet spot\u201d as they offer investors good returns while the returns are not so high that survival of the overall program might be jeopardized.\u00a0 The DNI for the Premium Plan at 1.87% is getting a bit high.\u00a0 However, as far as HYIPs go, it is definitely not off-the-chart and it is possible that, with wise management, AltronFx <\/a>could survive in the long-term.\u00a0 To put this in perspective, the DNI of 1.49% for both the old plans comes out to around 10% per week.\u00a0 The DNI for the new Basic Plan comes out to around 11%.\u00a0 And, the DNI for the new Premium Plan comes out to around 13%.\u00a0 They are all substantial in my way of thinking.\u00a0 But, none are \u201cout of sight.\u201d<\/p>\n

So, which of the two new investment plans is better?\u00a0 Now, the answer is simple because the Premium Plan is the more profitable one.\u00a0 If you have the $300 minimum investment required by this plan, it is definitely the better choice.\u00a0 You earn more PLUS the length of the plan is much shorter — meaning that your funds are at risk for a shorter period of time.\u00a0 If you would like to earn for longer, you simply reinvest to keep the earnings coming in.\u00a0 If you don\u2019t have the $300 minimum investment required for the Premium Plan, then, of course, you can stick with the Basic Plan which is now more profitable than its earlier version.<\/p>\n
