US Investors Can Now Use Colobit!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Colobit<\/a> (reviewed here<\/a>) just published a brief news release implying that, previously, US citizens could not invest with Colobit<\/a> but now they can because, \u201cin the legal field, we have adjusted this issue.\u201d\u00a0 I am definitely NOT a legal expert.\u00a0 So, what I say about this is my own opinion.\u00a0 However, here\u2019s my take on this and it would apply not only to Colobit<\/a>, but to other HYIPs as well.\u00a0 I think that the problem for US investors is that we (I live in the US) are not permitted to utilize the standard payment processors like Perfect Money, Payeer, etc.\u00a0 I don\u2019t think this has anything to do with US citizenship; the law applies to anyone living in the US (have you ever heard of an HYIP asking you for your citizenship?).\u00a0 Therefore, it has been hard for US residents to become involved with many HYIPs.\u00a0 However, I believe that Bitcoin is an exception to this rule as the use of Bitcoin has no borders.\u00a0 So, even though I have not checked this personally, I believe that it has always been possible for US residents to invest in HYIPs using Bitcoin.\u00a0 Since Bitcoin is the only means of depositing or withdrawing funds from Colobit<\/a>, I suspect that there never was a problem with US investors getting involved with Colobit<\/a>.\u00a0 My suspicion is that Colobit\u2019s<\/a> lawyers simply were misinformed at first and are now aware of what I am saying.\u00a0 I seriously doubt if the folks at Colobit<\/a> have taken any legal action relative to all this.\u00a0 They might simply have gotten a legal OPINION.\u00a0 But, all\u2019s well that ends well.\u00a0 I\u2019m probably splitting hairs here.\u00a0 I think that the important thing to note is that, if an investor uses Bitcoin, there probably are no limitations on where he can invest.\u00a0 This obviously applies not only to Colobit<\/a>, but to other HYIPs as well.<\/p>\n

Again, this is my opinion on all this.\u00a0 Perhaps I have some of it wrong.\u00a0 Please, if any readers have something to add, we would be very glad to update this as it is a very important issue for HYIP investors in the US.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that, if you go to the \u201cCluster Map\u201d tool on the Emily News<\/em> blog, you will see that the greatest number of Emily News<\/em> readers reside in the US.\u00a0 So, it appears to me that US investors have somehow or other figured out how to get around restrictions on moving money across the borders of the US.\u00a0 Perhaps this is by means of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n
