First Thoughts on Biostry.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A few days ago, Biostry<\/a> began a \u201cSilver\u201d listing on the Emily News<\/em> monitor.\u00a0 Biostry<\/a> has been online for nearly a month and has close to 2,000 registered \u201cpartners\u201d (although all of these are probably not investors).\u00a0 There is a lot of information in the website about the company\u2019s activities.\u00a0 Unfortunately, it really isn\u2019t very clear.\u00a0 An example is the following statement taken from the FAQ.\u00a0 Biostry<\/a> is a \u201cleading trading organization in the field of Biotechnology, Research, and Innovation.\u00a0 It\u2019s an organization that is currently assisting thousands of big and small companies worldwide in matters of expertise, patent authentication, and pooling better investment activities.\u201d\u00a0 All of this is apparently under the umbrella of a corporation that only came in existence in May of this year and that only has a single officer (the sole director) who is also the sole share holder.\u00a0 He must be a superman to handle interactions with hundreds (thousands?) of companies.\u00a0 Is this really possible?<\/p>\n

Biostry<\/a> offers a single investment plan for folks that are interested in the company.\u00a0 It\u2019s very simple to understand and is a perpetual plan that pays you 2.8% interest per day (on work days).\u00a0 For those of you that came in late, a \u201cperpetual\u201d investment plan is just what the name implies.\u00a0 You make an initial investment and it keeps on earning you interest — forever.\u00a0 I guess this is somewhat like a bank savings account only the interest rate is a LOT higher.\u00a0 However, unlike a bank account, your investment is never returned to you; you must earn it back as a part of the interest that you receive.\u00a0 This is a more than fair arrangement — assuming the company is around long enough for you to break even.<\/p>\n
