{"id":2066,"date":"2017-10-12T03:53:10","date_gmt":"2017-10-12T03:53:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/blog\/?p=2066"},"modified":"2017-10-12T03:53:10","modified_gmt":"2017-10-12T03:53:10","slug":"hyip-insights-16-two-important-things","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emilynews.com\/blog\/?p=2066","title":{"rendered":"HYIP Insights #16 &#8212; The Two Most Important Things!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When you invest your hard-earned money online (or anywhere else), you will probably want to know about two pieces of information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The reputation of the company that is offering the investment opportunity and<\/li>\n<li>The investment plan itself, including such items as the length of the plan and the interest it pays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Concerning Item #1, a while back we wrote an in-depth <em>HYIP Insights<\/em> article (that you can read <a href=\"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/blog\/?p=787\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>) which provides a number of clues to understanding the \u201ccompany\u201d behind an online investment plan.\u00a0 However, the experienced HYIP investor knows that probably 95% of these companies will close their doors in less than a year &#8212; sometimes a LOT less.\u00a0 The dilemma is to try to determine just how long this might be.\u00a0 My opinion is that this not only depends on the &#8220;clues&#8221; in the <em>HYIP Insights<\/em> article I just referred to, it also depends on the CHARACTER of the admin running the program.\u00a0 Is he just trying to make a \u201cfast buck\u201d or is he planning to play the \u201cgame\u201d (see <em>HYIP Insights #4<\/em> <a href=\"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/blog\/?p=355\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here <\/a>for a discussion of the HYIP \u201cgame\u201d) fairly such that both the program and a goodly number of investors come out ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Concerning Item #2, when we review a program that is listed in the <em>Emily News<\/em> monitor, we always make a detailed analysis of the investment plans it offers.\u00a0 In fact, this is a FEATURE of <em>Emily News<\/em> that you won\u2019t find elsewhere.\u00a0 We will typically determine the effective daily net interest (DNI) an investment plan offers and relate this back to <em>HYIP Insights #12<\/em> (that you can read <a href=\"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/blog\/?p=1099\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>) which makes suggestions of DNIs that are characteristic of plans that are or are not apt to be sustainable in the long run.\u00a0 We also point out investment plans that have high minimum investments and offer returns that we feel are absurdly high and will be completely unsustainable.\u00a0 This takes us back to Item #1 and the \u201ccharacter\u201d of the admin.\u00a0 Is he in the business simply to catch a big fish &#8212; after which he will run away with the cash box (please see <em>HYIP Insights #14<\/em> <a href=\"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/blog\/?p=1564\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here <\/a>for more information about this)?<\/p>\n<p>I realize that this article doesn\u2019t give you all the information you need in order to make foolproof investments in the HYIP world.\u00a0 No one has this information!\u00a0 It is more of a reminder that, before investing, you should always:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Try to learn about the company offering the investment plan &#8212; as well as the character of the admin running it.<\/li>\n<li>And to thoroughly understand the math behind the plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You have probably also noticed that, in what I just wrote, I referred back to a number of past <em>HYIP Insights<\/em> articles.\u00a0 These articles are timeless; they never grow old.\u00a0 If you browse through them (do it <a href=\"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/blog\/?cat=15\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>), you will find that, with few exceptions, most of them are devoted to understanding the two issues I am discussing here.\u00a0 So, refer to them often.\u00a0 In this \u201cgame,\u201d nothing is for sure and the unexpected can happen very often.\u00a0 In fact, this is part of the appeal of HYIP investing.\u00a0 However, we DO want you to come out ahead of the game.\u00a0 And, the purpose of these <em>HYIP Insights<\/em> articles is to help you do just that.\u00a0 Good Luck!<br \/>\n*********************************<\/p>\n<p>If one of the paying programs on our Monitor appeals to you, please support <em>Emily News<\/em> by registering for it on our website.
