SimbWealth Online for Over Six Months.<\/strong><\/p>\n

SimbWealth <\/a>just posted a brief news release reminding us that they have been online for well over 190 days.\u00a0 They now have the distinction of being the program that has been listed on Emily News for the longest period of time!\u00a0 If we had trophies for this sort of thing, we would be giving one to them right about now.\u00a0 The Admin of SimbWealth <\/a>has continually said that the program will be around for a long time and, more and more, this appears to be the case.\u00a0 SimbWealth <\/a>is not as popular as many other HYIPs.\u00a0 However, the number of people investing in it continues to grow at a slow but steady pace.\u00a0 I have a feeling that this is what the Admin is aiming for.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

We originally reviewed SimbWealth <\/a>in May (you can read the review here).\u00a0 Then, in August, SimbWealth <\/a>made a major revision (a great improvement!) to its investment plans.\u00a0 The revision was so great that we reviewed the program a second time (you can read that review here).\u00a0 The result is that SimbWealth <\/a>now offers three investment plans that are all long term and fit together in a very nice package.\u00a0 Here is the summary of the plans as we listed it in the August review of the program:<\/p>\n

Hi-Tech Industries.\u00a0 90 days<\/u>
\n120% gross earnings
\n20% net earnings
\n1.33% daily gross interest
\n0.22% daily net interest
\nMin: $10 \u2013 Max: $500<\/p>\n

Leasing Plan.\u00a0 180 days<\/u>
\n160% gross earnings
\n60% net earnings
\n0.89% daily gross interest
\n0.32% daily net interest
\nMin: $250 \u2013 Max: $1,000<\/p>\n

Real Estate.\u00a0 365 days<\/u>
\n250% gross earnings
\n150% net earnings
\n0.68% daily gross interest
\n0.41% daily net interest
\nMin: $500 \u2013 Max: $10,000<\/p>\n

As you can see, the 180 day cycle for the Leasing plan is now ending for folks that invested early in it. \u00a0With 160% gross earnings, an investment of $100 would have paid them a total of $160 over the course of the investment term.\u00a0 Sixty dollars of this would have been pure profit.\u00a0 Compared to many HYIPs, the percent earnings offered by SimbWealth <\/a>is quite low.\u00a0 However, very few HYIPs survive for six months.\u00a0 I would opt for a survivor rather than the possibility of quick riches with a program that will probably close its doors in a month or two.\u00a0 Of course, this is my personal opinion.\u00a0 The more adventuresome investor will probably disagree with me.<\/p>\n

As a quick example, let\u2019s suppose that the guy who turned his $100 into $160 reinvests the total in the same plan a second time.\u00a0 This time around, he would receive a total of $256 by the end of this second term.\u00a0 So, in the course of a year, he would have made a total profit of $156.\u00a0 That\u2019s an annual interest of 156% for the year (156\/100 x 100).\u00a0 That sure beats the 1% or 2% you can earn in your conventional bank savings account!<\/p>\n
