<\/a>The Battle Begins: FexFund vs. AxisCrude.<\/strong><\/p>\n

FexFund <\/a>(reviewed here<\/a>) and AxisCrude <\/a>(reviewed here<\/a>) are among the most popular HYIPs on the market now.\u00a0 And, they are often mentioned in the same breath as being very similar programs.\u00a0 Yes, up to a point they are.\u00a0 However, the investment plans that they offer have subtle differences that the wise HYIP investor (see article about the wise HYIP investor here<\/a>) should fully understand before making the decision of whether or not to invest in one\/none\/both of them.<\/p>\n

Since our reviews of FexFund <\/a>and AxisCrude <\/a>were done at different times, I never fully digested the differences in the investment plans that the two programs offer.\u00a0 Yes, at first glance, they have different terms and different interest rates.\u00a0 However, the more you think about it, this makes it even more confusing as you have two different variables (rate and time) acting at once. \u00a0It\u2019s important to understand exactly how they affect the profitability of the investment plans.<\/p>\n

What I\u2019d like to do in this article is to take the investment plans apart so that it will be clear exactly how they will work in \u201creal life.\u201d\u00a0 All this will be obvious to some of you.\u00a0 However, I expect that, to most of you, what we will discover might come as a bit of a surprise.\u00a0 OK, let\u2019s get started.<\/p>\n

\"FexFund.net\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

There are four investment plans that I\u2019d like to compare, two from FexFund <\/a>and two from AxisCrude<\/a>.\u00a0 FexFund <\/a>offers a third plan, their \u201cStarter Plan.\u201d\u00a0 However, I won\u2019t be discussing it as it is a different type of plan than the others (principal back rather than principal included in earnings).\u00a0 Here are the four plans that we will discuss:<\/p>\n

FexFund<\/strong><\/p>\n

Medium — 6% daily for 20 days
\n120% (20% Net) earnings<\/p>\n

Investor — 5% daily for 30 days
\n150% (50% Net) earnings<\/p>\n

Axis Crude<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>PLAN A — 3% daily for 55 days
\n165% (65% Net) earnings<\/p>\n

PLAN B — 4% daily for 50 days
\n200% (100% Net) earnings<\/p>\n

<\/a>Daily Net Interest Rate for the FexFund and AxisCrude Investment Plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At first glance, what will probably strike you is that the FexFund <\/a>interest rates are higher than those for AxisCrude<\/a>.\u00a0 However, on the other hand, the FexFund <\/a>terms are shorter.\u00a0 There appears to be a balancing effect: short term high interest vs. long term low interest.\u00a0 However, do these effects truly balance one another out?\u00a0 In HYIP Insights #12 (that you can read here<\/a>), I spent a great deal of time discussing a term I coined called \u201cdaily net interest,\u201d or DNI for short.\u00a0 The reason for this term is that it is a SINGLE quantity that includes the affects of BOTH the interest rate and term of an investment plan.\u00a0 So, the profitability of different investment plans can be compared with a single number.<\/p>\n

As the term implies, DNI is simply the \u201ceffective\u201d daily net profit that you will make over the course of an investment plan.\u00a0 It\u2019s easy to obtain.\u00a0 You simply take the total net profit and divide it by the number of days in the investment plan.\u00a0 For example, the DNI for the FexFund <\/a>Medium plan is 1.00% (20\/20) and for the FexFund <\/a>Investor Plan it is 1.33% (50\/30).\u00a0 In tabular form, here are the results for all four of the investment plans:<\/p>\n

FexFund<\/strong><\/p>\n

Medium — 6% daily for 20 days
\n120% (20% Net) earnings
\nDNI = 1%<\/p>\n

Investor — 5% daily for 30 days
\n150% (50% Net) earnings
\nDNI = 1.67%<\/p>\n

AxisCrude<\/strong><\/p>\n

PLAN A — 3% daily for 55 days
\n165% (65% Net) earnings
\nDNI = 1.18%<\/p>\n

PLAN B — 4% daily for 50 days
\n200% (100% Net) earnings
\nDNI = 2%<\/p>\n

Well, here we have our first surprise.\u00a0 Comparing the first FexFund <\/a>plan to the first AxisCrude <\/a>plan, we find that, although the \u201cadvertised\u201d interest rate for FexFund <\/a>is higher, in reality, the DNI for Axis Crude is higher.\u00a0 In other words, other things being equal, the AxisCrude <\/a>plan is the more profitable of the two.\u00a0 Similarly, comparing the second plans for the two companies, we also find that the AxisCrude <\/a>plan is more profitable.<\/p>\n

So, is AxisCrude <\/a>the best deal?\u00a0 Well, we\u2019re not done yet.\u00a0 Let\u2019s look at another factor — the minimum investment amount for each plan.\u00a0 We’ll do that in Part 2 of this article.\u00a0 Look for it soon…<\/p>\n
