LoanTech<\/a> (reviewed here<\/a>) offers an unusual investment plan that provides a return of 3% per day.  Here\u2019s what we said about it in our “First Thoughts\u201d article about the program: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investment plan has a number of interesting features.  First of all, it is a \u201cperpetual\u201d investment plan, which means that you make an investment once and that you will receive an interest return forever.  Second, the plan has an option whereby you can withdraw up to 34% of your deposit after 22 days.  This has the effect of enabling you to break even at that time \u2014 significantly more quickly than will happen if you do not utilize this option.  Of course, since you\u2019ve withdrawn a third of your deposit, your daily interest return will be cut by one third at that time \u2014 although it still will continue forever.  I have not seen this option before in any other investment plan. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n

So, you can say that the investment plan will break even in 22 days.  With this thought in mind, LoanTech <\/a>has published the following announcement (Note that B.E.P. means break even point).    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Referring to the announcement, I guess that the 600% profit comes from the idea that, if everyone opts to withdraw 34% of their deposit after 22 days, it will have been possible for six consecutive investors to have broken even in the 132 days the program has been on line (6 x 22 = 132).\u00a0 Six people breaking even means six people have recovered 100% of their deposit — or 600% total.\u00a0 Of course, not everyone will opt for this option as it decreases the amount of funds that a person has earning money for him.\u00a0 The \u201cFirst Thoughts\u201d article notes this.\u00a0 So, it takes a little bit of work to unravel exactly what the announcement is saying.\u00a0 After a while, it comes through\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n
