Once a transaction is sent from our wallet to any user it gets an id that you can check in any Block Explorer – https:\/\/blockchain.info\/<\/a> or https:\/\/blockr.io\/<\/a> or https:\/\/tradeblock.com\/bitcoin\/explorer<\/a> can show you the status of your transaction. You just need to search in the Block explorer by the transaction id that you get in an e-mail notification from us.<\/p>\n

In the last days the number of unconfirmed transactions have been piling up, at the time of writing this news it is around 179,000 which is a lot. It is probably the biggest congestion since years. We’re trying to changes things within our site modules to try & use a different method that would help get our payments confirmed faster, we’re prepared to pay higher fees too.<\/p>\n

You don’t need to worry about your payments as they will either be confirmed & added to your Bitcoin wallets or they will be rejected by Bitcoin nodes & returned to our wallet. If they are returned to our wallet, we will resend them with a higher fee & make sure you get them faster.<\/p>\n

All you need to do is go to investment section – make the deposit, choose your plan and choose one of the available payment methods with “balance” name on it. If you cannot see any button with “balance” sign, then it means that you have not enough balance to meet the minimum amount requirement for chosen plan.<\/p>\n
