Hexland <\/a>(reviewed here<\/a>) just announced something very new.\u00a0 A Bank! \u00a0The name is Hexbank.\u00a0 There is an obvious connection and the claim is that 20% of the bank is funded by Hexland<\/a>, with the remaining 80% funded by private investors and the sale of shares.\u00a0 The Hexbank website invites you to purchase such shares.\u00a0 The cost is $50 per share with a requirement to buy a minimum of 20 shares.\u00a0 So, there is a minimum purchase of $1,000.\u00a0 Such a purchase provides you with a dividend of $20 plus .04% of each investment in Hexbank.\u00a0 Twenty dollars is 2% of $1,000.\u00a0 The maximum purchase is 1,000 shares for $50,000 which pays the same 2% dividend but a much larger 2% of each investment.\u00a0 By the way, this is equivalent to what we refer to as a \u201cperpetual\u201d investment plan in the HYIP business; you make an investment once and you receive a dividend forever.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n

What do shares do?<\/p>

1. Income from the Bank’s direct activities \u2013 trading on currency and cryptocurrency markets and lending to legal entities.<\/p>

2. Dividends from the Bank’s Deposit activities, which directly depend on the number of shares in the portfolio.<\/p>

Opening Hexbank is also an additional income for all co-founders of HEXLAND<\/a>, because HEXLAND <\/a>owns 20% of the Bank’s shares in Hexbank..<\/p>

Now dividends will be accrued both for deposits in HEXLAND <\/a>and for deposits in Hexbank. That is, all co-founders will receive dividends for 100% of HEXLAND <\/a>deposits + 20% of Hexbank deposits.<\/p>
