Beware and do NOT invest there..<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>The FX Trading Investment Plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We briefly introduced the <a href=\"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/link.php?id=1349\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">FX Trading<\/a> investment plans in our recent \u201cFirst Thoughts\u201d article about the program.&nbsp; Here\u2019s what we said about them then:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the\ninvestor, <a href=\"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/link.php?id=1349\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FX Trading<\/a> offers three\ninvestment plans.&nbsp; All are 10 days long and return your investment at the\nend of the plan.&nbsp; Daily returns for the three plans are 1.5%, 2.0%, and\n2.5%.&nbsp; There is a fourth investment plan that pays an undisclosed rate of\nreturn.&nbsp; However, it requires a minimum investment of $30,000.&nbsp; We\nwon\u2019t discuss that plan as it will be out of reach of almost all online investors\n(and it is probably not advisable to put that much money into ANY online\ninvestment program).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In tabular form, the investment plans\nlook like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Plan #1<\/li><li>1.5% per day for 10 days<\/li><li>$10 &#8211; $300<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Plan #2<\/li><li>2.0% per day for 10 days<\/li><li>$300 &#8211; $3,000<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Plan #3<\/li><li>2.5% per day for 10 days<\/li><li>$3,000 &#8211; $30,000<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember that your deposit is returned\nat the end of the investment plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Analysis of the FX Trading Investment Plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The term of these investment plans is\nshort and it is fairly obvious that you won\u2019t break even before a plan\nends.&nbsp; However, let\u2019s quickly calculate\nhow much of your investment is returned to you before a plan ends.&nbsp; For Plan #1, since you recover 1.5% of your\ninvestment per day, the total amount that you will recover in the 10-day period\nwill be 15% (10 x 1.5%).&nbsp; If you do this\nmultiplication for the other two investment plans, you get the following\nresults:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Plan&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Percent of investment recovered before end of plan<\/em><\/li><li>#1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 15%&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/li><li>#2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 20%<\/li><li>#3&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 25%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Since your investment is returned to you at the end of an investment plan, you can say that the daily return that you receive is NET profit.&nbsp; This, of course, assumes that the overall program survives for the 10-day period and that you your investment is, indeed, returned to you.&nbsp; This daily NET profit we refer to as daily net interest, or DNI for short.&nbsp; So, the DNIs for the three investment plans are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Plan&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; DNI<\/em><\/li><li>#1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1.5%<\/li><li>#2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.0%<\/li><li>#3&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.5%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As we have explained many times, DNI is the best indicator of the profitability of an investment plan.&nbsp; It can be determined for ANY investment plan from ANY online investment program.&nbsp; It is therefore a great means of comparing the profitability of one investment plan with another. &nbsp;Risk always goes hand-in-hand with profitability.&nbsp; So, DNI might also be the best indicator of the risk associated with an investment plan.&nbsp; When we discuss the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"FX Trading (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/link.php?id=1349\" target=\"_blank\">FX Trading<\/a> investment plans in <a href=\"http:\/\/emilynews.com\/blog\/?p=10194\">Part 2<\/a> of this review, you will see that the conclusions that we reach concerning the profitability and risk of the program will be heavily influenced by the values of DNI for the various investment plans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please stand by for our review.&nbsp;
