Let’s begin our discussion with a consideration of the first three investment plans, those that pay you a daily interest but do not return your investment until the end of the plan…

This TYPE of investment plan is somewhere in the middle with respect to risk.  You DO receive daily earnings but you DON’T have your investment returned to you until the investment plan ends.  So, we say that the investor must “bite his nails” hoping that the program doesn’t close before the term of his investment plan ends.  If it does close sooner, he will obviously lose his investment.  With this thought in mind, the investor should probably be cautious about the Bronze Plan which is 200 days long.  That’s more than a half year and very few HYIPs survive that long.  So, unless the investor has a very high degree of faith in Vekx, he might want to avoid at least that one plan.

The Starter and Bronze Plans have DNIs that are 2% or less.  They conform to our suggestion that the survivability of programs offering investment plans having DNIs higher than 2% might be at risk.  On the other hand, the Gold Plan, with a DNI of 3.75%, is considerably higher than our suggestion.  Sometimes investment plans that offer high profits also have a very high minimum investment that will greatly decrease their popularity and thereby decrease the obligation of the company to make high interest payments.  With a minimum investment of $700, although it will eliminate some investors, it will not eliminate serious ones who are looking for high profits.  So, this investment plan could be putting the survival of the overall program at risk.   This said, I must emphasize that this guideline with respect to a 2% DNI is only a suggestion; it is our OPINION.  The folks at Vekx might have a few tricks up their sleeves that will enable them to sustain payments at this level for a long time to come.  Time will tell if our suggestion to be cautious is merited or not.

Sometimes, to put numbers on all this, we multiply DNI by seven (the number of days in a week) to get a figure for the average weekly profit that an investment plan will pay.  If you do this for the Starter Plan you get around 12%.  If you do it for the Gold Plan, you get around 26%, which is more than twice as much.  The investor must decide for himself whether or not it seems possible for a company to sustain payouts at this level.

Let’s turn now to the three “after” investment plans.  As we’ve already implied, this is the riskiest type of investment plan because you do not receive any return at all until a plan ends.  And, of course, the longer a plan is, the greater the risk.  So, from that point of view, looking at the three “after” plans offered by Vekx, the Standard VIP Plan would appear to be the riskiest because it is over four months long.  The other two plans in this group are in the neighborhood of half as long.

Next comes the issue of DNI and the relatively high returns that these plans promise the investor.  With DNIs ranging from 4.67% all the way up to 7.58%, they are far above our suggested 2% recommendation.  Such returns could be setting the program up for premature closure.

Fortunately, all of these three plans have very high minimum investments ($3,000 or more).  These minimums are so high that few, if any, investors will want to risk this much money on them or any HYIP — especially on an “after” plan — where everything is at risk until the plan ends.  In fact, we always recommend that a person NOT invest large sums of money in ANY online investment program unless it can be proven to be as reliable as your neighborhood bank or a corporation selling stock shares.  Unfortunately, there may be no HYIPs in this category.  The fortunate result of these high minimum investments is that very few investors will use this group of investment plans.  This is fortunate because it will help to enhance the longevity of the program.  This, of course, is the most important thing for the online investor.

Finally, a quirk about this last set of three investment plans that you might not have noticed is that the Global Plan which is 60 days long is more profitable than the Standard VIP Plan which is 130 days long.  Why would an investor put his money at risk for more than twice the time to earn LESS money?  That doesn’t make sense.  The lesson here is to ALWAYS look at DNI, not at the gross interest that an investment plan pays.

So, after all is said and done, it would appear that the Starter Plan makes the most sense.  The length of the Bronze Plan is probably too long.  And, the interest promised by the Gold Plan might be excessive.  Finally, the minimum investments (and terms) for all of the “after” plans are probably too high (or long).

Earnings Example.

With this as background, I’ll assume that you might agree and decide to make a modest investment of $50 in the Starter Plan.  Every day you will receive 1.7% of your investment or $0.85 (.017 x 50).  After 21 days, when the plan ends, you will have received a total of $17.85 (21 x .85).  At this time your $50 investment will be returned to you and the $17.85 will become your net profit.  This would appear to be a very satisfactory return on $50 for a 21-day investment period.

Conclusions.

The Vekx online investment program offers six investment plans.  Three of them pay a daily interest and return your investment at the end of the investment plan.  The other three both pay interest and return your investment when the plan ends.  Of the first three plans, the one paying the least interest might be the best one.  The high minimum investments and long terms of the three plans that do not pay a return until they end are apt to make them unattractive to the average investor.

I hope this information is helpful.
