This program moved to CLOSED! Do not invest there!
In Part 1 of this review, we decided that only 18 of the 30 investment plans offered by FlashBits would be in the price range of the typical online investor. We also noted that, since all the FlashBits investment plans do not pay earnings till the end of the plans, that will obviously be when an investor will break even. Finally, we calculated the daily net interest (DNI) for each of the 18 plans that we analyzed. To repeat, here are the results for DNI:
$20 – $500 2.5%
$501 – $1,000 3%
$1,001 – $5,000 5%
$20 – $500 3%
$501 – $1,000 3.67%
$1,001 – $5,000 6.67%
$20 – $500 4%
$501 – $1,000 5%
$1,001 – $5,000 10%
$20 – $500 5%
$501 – $1,000 6.43%
$1,001 – $5,000 11.43%
$20 – $500 5%
$501 – $1,000 7%
$1,001 – $5,000 13%
$20 – $500 9.6%
$501 – $1,000 11.4%
$1,001 – $5,000 16.8%
There are two things an investor in an HYIP would like to know before he sinks his hard-earned money into an online investment plan:
How profitable is the plan?
How risky is the plan?
Usually things work out that the most profitable investment plans are also the riskiest ones. This is the classical HYIP dilemma.
Concerning profitability, the DNIs of the LOWEST level ($20 – $500) FlashBits investment plans range from 2.5% for the 1 Day plan all the way up to 9.6% for the 25 Day plan. Even though you won’t see any of your earnings until the conclusion of an investment plan, these are the daily profits that you earn if you averaged out the total end-of-plan return over the number of days in the plan. For the 1 Day plan, 2.5% profit per day comes out to 17.5% profit per week and, for the 25 Day plan, 9.6% profit per day comes out to a very high 67.2% profit per week. In HYIP Insights #23 we suggested that a weekly profit of between 5% and 10% might be a good target to aim for in-so-far-as profitability is concerned. Clearly, even the 1 Day investment plan is way above this. So, we can conclude that ALL the FlashBits investment plans are highly profitable.
But, as you might expect, they are also quite risky. In HYIP Insights #12, we suggested that programs offering investment plans having DNIs higher than 2% might have difficulty surviving in the long term. Well, even the lowest interest FlashBits investment plan has a DNI higher than this. So, the implication is that Flashbits might be a risky investment plan to get involved with.
All this said, there is still more to consider. Short-term high-interest investment plans such as the FlashBits 1 Day, 3 Day, 5 Day, and even 7 Day plans can provide the investor with an opportunity to earn quick profits without the risk of tying up an investment for a long period of time. FlasBits is a new program and the odds are that it won’t close tomorrow. So, even though the “numbers” say to be cautious about investing with Flashbits, there could be a good deal of money to be made here.
Flashbits offers 18 investment plans that might be of interest to the online investor. The plans are very profitable but equally risky due to the fact that it might be difficult for the company to sustain returns at the high levels that are promised. However, the adventuresome HYIP investor might want to try to cash in on the money-making potential of this program — especially by means of the shorter-term investment plans.
