Risk Analysis of SmartLog Investment Plans.

In the Truck Plan, we discovered that you make a gross weekly return of 14.4%.  Dividing this into 100%, you get around 7 weeks (100/14.4) or 49 days until you break even.

In the Rail Plan, since your principal is not returned to you till the end of the plan, you don’t break even until then — 110 days after you make your deposit.

In the Air Plan, you are earning a daily gross interest of 1.4%.  Dividing 100% by this amount, you find that it will take you around 71 days (100/1.4) out of the 90 day plan to break even.

Comparing the three plans, I think it is obvious that the Rail Plan is the worst since you have to wait the full length of the investment plan to break even.  This happens to be the longest investment plan of the three — a full 110 days.  This is the better part of three months.  For better or worse, many HYIPs do not last this long.  So, this is a very high risk plan.  Do NOT invest there!  In the Truck Plan, you break even after seven of the eight weeks in the plan — after 49 days.  In the Air Plan you break even in 71 days out of the 90 day plan.  Personally, I would opt for the Truck Plan as I will get my investment (and profit) back sooner.  If, after the eight weeks of the plan is up, it looks like SmartLog is working out to be a strong program with a high probability of survival, I would invest in the Truck Plan a second time.

A possible disadvantage of the Truck Plan is that repayment of principal on a weekly basis is unusual.  I would contact support and learn exactly how this works before investing in this plan.  The Air Plan is the most traditional plan.  This might appeal to some investors.

All this said, I can’t help but wonder why SmartLog devised three investment plans that produce the same return.  Surely, they are aware of this.  It seems that the different investment programs are a means of camouflaging this fact.  Personally, I feel that this reflects poorly on the integrity of the Admin and/or the other folks at SmartLog who put these investment plans together.  Wouldn’t it be simpler — and a bit more honest — to just offer ONE program with a DNI of 0.30%?

More Information about SmartLog.

SmartLog utilizes the following payment processors: Perfect Money, Payeer, AdvancedCash, and Bitcoin.  There isn’t too much information about withdrawals in the FAQ other than they are “automatic” and that the minimum withdrawal is $0.50.  So, theoretically, the only delays that should occur are those related to verification of Bitcoin transactions.  I trust that deposits are “automatic” as well.

SmartLog has a potentially lucrative affiliate program for the conscientious team builder.  It appears that you do not need to make a personal investment to participate in the affiliate program at the lowest category  which is a respectable 8% – 2% – 1% on deposits made in the first three levels of your downline.  There are four more lucrative categories with significantly higher percents.  However, they require a personal deposit as well as personal deposits by certain members of your downline.  It looks like affiliates in these four more lucrative categories are also eligible for a cash bonus.  It is not clear when this bonus is paid.  There is more information about the requirements for these four categories as well as for their benefits in the website.

For support there is the standard contact form as well as two email addresses, one for “support” and the other for “financial.”

This website suffers somewhat because the English that is used is not very good.  Surely, a huge company like SmartLog can afford the services of a translator (and editor!) who could revise both the English and the presentation in the website such that it is a truly professional description of the income opportunity.  The Admin of the program should refer to HYIP Insights #2 for an article dealing with the importance of language in a program’s website presentation.  You can read it here.

As already pointed out, the return on all three investment plans is the same.  The way the plans are presented in the website, it is hard for the average investor to determine this.  So, in an effort to encourage transparency and integrity in the HYIP business, we strongly recommend that the Admin of the program seriously consider only offering ONE plan or changing the plans such that the returns for all of them are different.

For the conservative investor, the investment plans offered by SmartLog are very conservative and have the potential to be sustainable in the long term.  Let’s hope that the folks at SmartLog can make this happen.  As usual, if you decide to invest with SmartLog, we advise that you make this investment a part of a diverse portfolio.  And, never invest more than you can afford to lose.  Good Luck!
