Discussion.

Let’s begin by repeating the basic information about the FX Trading investment plans as well as what we found out about them in Part 1 of this review.  Remember that all of the plans are 10 days long and that they return your investment at the end of a plan.

  • Plan #1
  • 1.5% per day for 10 days
  • $10 – $300
  • Plan #2
  • 2.0% per day for 10 days
  • $300 – $3,000
  • Plan #3
  • 2.5% per day for 10 days
  • $3,000 – $30,000

In Part 1 we found out that none of the plans will break even before the end of their 10-day investment period.  Here is the percent of a person’s investment that will be returned to him by means of the daily interest payments before a plan ends.

  • Plan                 Percent of investment recovered before end of plan
  • #1                    15%
  • #2                    20%
  • #3                    25%

Finally, since your investment is returned to you at the end of an investment plan, the daily interest that you receive will equal the DNI for the plan.  Please see Part 1 of the review for more information on DNI.

  • Plan                 DNI
  • #1                    1.5%
  • #2                    2.0%
  • #3                    2.5%

In fact, in HYIP Insights #13, we devoted an entire article to an explanation of DNI.  You might want to refer back to it.

In our discussion that follows, I will only make passing mention to Plan #3 because of the high initial investment requirement of $3,000.  We at Emily News do NOT recommend investing large amounts of money in ANY online investment program unless, of course, you can convince yourself that it is as viable as a company selling shares in its stock or, perhaps, if you are wealthy enough that high investment amounts are nothing to you.  I doubt if many of us are in this situation!  Assuming that Plan #3 is unpopular, this will actually add to the health of the overall program as it will lower its obligation pay high interest returns to its investors.

The most important things on the mind of the online investor are profitability and risk.  Profitability depends on the numbers and risk depends on both the numbers as well as on what you think of the reliability of the company as an investment platform.  Concerning the reliability of the FX Trading company, we made a few brief comments about them in or “First Thoughts” article a few days ago.  Here’s the way the “numbers” look…

In the article in HYIP Insights #12, we suggested that, if an HYIP is concerned about long-term survivability, it shouldn’t offer investment plans having DNIs greater than 2%.  If you neglect Plan #3, the plans offered by FX Trading just manage to squeak beneath this guideline.  So, you might say that the FX Trading investment plans offer the maximum level of profit consistent with our suggestion.  Of course, this is just our suggestion; it might be too high — or too low.

I like to think in terms of WEEKLY profit.  For Plan #1, a daily profit of 1.5% per day comes to 10.5% profit per week and, for Plan #2, a daily profit of 2% comes to 14% per week.  From the point of view of profit, it would appear that either plan should make most online investors very happy.

It is worth emphasizing that the FX Trading investment plans are fairly short term.  Given that, in general, HYIPs don’t have a great record for long-term survivability, this is a plus for the program.  The majority of online HYIPs will likely survive for at least a month or so.  Thus, the probability that at least early investors in FX Trading will come out ahead is fairly high.  Of course, in this business, we really need a crystal ball to predict the future.  The best that we can do is come up with PROBABILITIES for success.  This, of course, is what we try to do in these reviews.

Earnings Example.

Let’s assume that we have $500 to invest with FX Trading.  This is more than enough to qualify the investor for the higher interest Plan #2.  Since the minimum investment requirement for this plan is only $300, it is probably worthwhile for the investor to try to come up with this amount.  As we discussed above, it is the difference between earning 10.5% per week for Plan #1 and 14% per week for Plan #2 — which is quite significant.

OK, Plan #2 will pay you 2% per day.  For a $500 investment, this comes to $10 (.02 x 500) per day.  By the time the plan ends in 10 days, you will have accumulated $100 (10 x 10) in daily earnings.  At that time, your $500 investment will also be returned to you.  So, the $100 in daily earnings then becomes your NET profit.  Not a bad return on $500 for a 10-day investment period.

Conclusions.

FX Trading offers three investment plans for the online investor.  The third plan with the highest minimum investment of $3,000 will probably not be too popular due to the fact that most online investors will not have this level of funding to invest and/or, if they do, they might not want to risk investing it. The remaining two plans, with lower minimum investment requirements, are still very lucrative, but not SO lucrative that the company will have an impossible task meeting its interest payment obligations.  All the investment plans are short term (10 days) and, for this reason, the risk for at least earlier investors in the program is minimized.
